如何有效记忆英语单词

英语单词学习是整个英语学习的基础，每个小小的英语单词结合起来就组成了句子，多个句子构成整篇文章。学习英语最难的是单词的记忆。对于大部分学生来说，记忆单词没有什么好方法，只会死记硬背，机械地记忆单词的每个字母，这样不但记得不熟，而且还很容易忘记。

总之，在传统教学活动中，单词记忆采用的往往是读、背、写这种机械的记忆方法。读单词，背单词，写单词成为记忆的主要手段。所以，如何采用行之有效的记忆方法提高学生的单词记忆效果，一直是英语教师探

索的焦点。

笔者认为通过老师和学生的共同努力，让英语课变得有趣，让学生在自我需要中学习英语，可以通过以下几个方面得以实现： 一、设最佳心理状态

1.要激起强烈的记忆欲望

首先要明确记忆目标。在自己想要记住某些单词之前，最好怀着强烈的记忆欲望，并赋予那些单词特殊的意义和价值。笔者曾做过这样的实验：在两个水平相当的班里同样要求学生用15分钟识记5

有效的英语单词记忆方法

方法一、死记硬背法

“b、r、o、w、n——褐色的、棕色的;b、r、o、w、n——褐色的、棕色的……”

许多英语学习者都有这样的体会，学英语难，背英语单词是难上加难。面对海量的英语单词，学习者日复一日，年复一年地投入了许多的时间和精力，但始终逃不掉背了忘，忘了再背，背了再忘的低级循环。造成这种局面的罪魁祸首就是广为人们采用的、效率低下的、而且又是耗时费力的“死记硬背式”单词记忆方法，有不少人把由26个字母组成的成千上万个英语字符死记硬背，这不能不说是我们记忆英语单词的最大误区。

优点：不需要什么技巧，不需要费脑筋想，只需要简单的重复、重复再重复就行了。

缺点：很容易忘记，浪费了大量的时间，也不能记住太多的单词。

方法二、发音记忆法

“brown [braun] 褐色的、棕色的;brown [braun] 褐色的、棕色的;……”

使用读音记忆，边读边记，由于英语单词是以表音为主的文字，所以当我们掌握了一些必要的拼写规律，可以按照语音刺激我们回忆大量英语单词的含义。

优点：有利于英语单词语音的培养。

缺点：背到最后，可能会出现大量的英语单词，见了后知道怎么读，也认识，就是不知道这个英语单词的汉语意思是什么了。
