本次作文提出了生活中的一个浓缩现象，秉承上海卷秋考的命题思路，既强调思辨，又兼顾学生的生活实际。

如何参与社会生活是即将成年的高中毕业生的必修课。作为一个公民，应该明确以何种基本姿态投入到社会舆论中去，以何种方式关注社会热点。在现实中，我们常常可以看到一个社会事件受到普遍关注，成为社会热点，但随即公众的热度消退也非常迅速，很多问题不了了之，舆论又被新的热点占领，这样的现象合理么？

解读这道题，首先要抓住两对关系：“关注者”和“忽视者”，“自以为”和“其实”。“关注”是表面上的，是“始”；“忽视”是本质上的，是“终”。顺着材料的指向，考生可以思考：为什么“关注者”会成为“忽视者”；“关注”是必要的么；如何做一个“真正的关注者”等。

“关注者”成为“忽视者”的原因，材料中有所提示——“不明就里，只凑个热闹，没过多久就忘记了”。“不明就里”就是不做深究，可能因为两个原因，其一是人们缺乏独立思考和辨别的
