摘 要：

本文从天然气发动机的基本状况、工作原理、电路组成等基本知识点出发进而对天然气发动机的常见故障以及诊断工艺和维修方法进行阐述，也包括对全国及苏州的天然气汽车应用的情况，及天然气汽车的优点进行介绍，进而说明其使用中常出现的问题，针对这些问题，以玉柴CNG发动机ECI系统为参照进行研究分析并提出诊断工艺流程及方法。

Abstract

In this paper, from the basic situation, natural gas engine working principle, circuit and other basic knowledge point and the natural gas engine fault diagnosis and repair method and process are described, including natural gas vehicle application of national and Suzhou's situation, advantages and natural gas vehicle are introduced, and then its often problems in using, aiming at these problems, the ECI system of CNG engine as the reference of Yuchai analysis and put forward the diagnostic process and method.
