毫火针结合温和灸治疗胃肠病临证举要

[摘要] 目的 探讨毫火针结合温和灸治疗胃肠病的临床疗法。 方法 来我院就诊急性胃肠炎、胃溃疡、肠易激惹综合征及慢性结肠炎患者，均采用毫火针结合艾灸治疗。 结果 通过毫火针结合温和灸治疗，患者均得痊愈。 结论 毫火针结合温和灸治疗胃肠病，效果明显、节省费用、值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore milli-fire needle moxibustion treatment of gastrointestinal

disease with mild clinical therapy. Methods Example to our hospital with acute gastroenteritis, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome and chronic colitis cases, their combination were used milli-fire needle

moxibustion treatment. Results All the patients were cured by milli-fire needle moxibustion combined with mild treatment. Conclusion Milli-fire needle moxibustion combined with gentle treatment of gastrointestinal disease.The effect is obvious, cost savings, worth promoting.

[Key words] Milli-fire needle; Mild moxibustion; Gastrointestinal disease; Acupuncture 艾灸法是针灸疗法的重要部分，通过艾绒点燃后产生稳定的热能由外向里传导，在治疗或保健方面起到重要的作用，尤其是艾条温和灸有经济简便、易于操作、安全有效等特点而广泛应用于临床。而毫火针疗法是传统针灸的创新疗法，是火针与毫针的结合，避火针与毫针二者之短，取二者之长，兼有二者的双向调节功能及其特性，故取名“毫火针”。其治病机制在于针刺与火灸，借“火”之力刺激穴位或局部，机械能和热能相结合，针感强烈，热能透入深，持续时间长，具有温经散寒、强壮补虚、扶正祛邪以及通络散血、行气化湿的作用，加强和协同艾灸治疗作用。毫火针火力足，但针具幼小，不留瘢痕，痛苦小，非常适合现代治疗需求，这一点和艾条温和悬灸不谋而合。艾灸与毫火针的综合作用，调整阴阳，使阴平阳密，邪不可干。火针或艾灸治疗腰椎病、颈椎病等报道很多，但治疗内科疾病，尤其是肠胃病报道甚少，笔者临床工作中采用艾灸与毫火针治疗胃肠方面的疾病取得明显效果。兹略举数例，供同仁参考。
