【摘要】目的:了解湖南省长沙市常住人群高血压流行状况,探讨高血压的防治对策.方法:统一采用自编的高血压问卷调查表,按分层随机抽样法抽长沙市20岁及以上的常住人口866名.结果:该地区高血压患病率为17.8％.超重及肥胖、向心性肥胖、生活习惯等对高血压的形成有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:本研究提示长沙市高血压的形成主要受饮食卫生、生活习惯、经济文化水平等因素的影响.%Objective To investigate the status of hypertension among people in changsha of hunan province, and to study the preventive and cure measures. Methods A self-edited questionnaire on hypertension is applied. From the permanent population of changsha we distill 866 peoples who are over 20 years old. The general condition (including gender, age, nation, marital status, standard of education, career, dinning habit, and so on) and physical examination (including blood pressure, weight, height and waist line) are investigated. The data of studied and analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results The results of the investigation show that the prevalence rate of hypertension in this county is 17.8%. Overweight, adiposity, central obesity, living habits had statistical significance for developing hypertension (P < 0.05). Conclusion This study shows that it is mainly impacted by dinning habit,
