My strengths are helpfulness and caring, adaptability、cheerfulness and friendliness. My strongest skills are handing complaints with great patience, I think solving customer complaints is a wonderful way to win customer loyalty, and I am happy to deal with any problems people may have.

As far as weakness, I really enjoy my work, and sometimes I put in too much time, but I am aware of my tendency to overwork and have learned to pace myself more. 9、 Would you mind going through a training period?
