The main work is to design packing unit, it’s structure has been dimensioned and calculated. All the analyses and calculations have been done in Solid works and MathCAD. Furthermore work drawings of the individual parts and assembly drawings are made. The report deals with development and considerations during the project period with the finished design as the result. I have chosen the project by myself. Before I start the work, we had a concrete plan, and my plan was to cover all the aspects concerning the packing unit. After nearly four months’ hard work, I have finished the project on time and I can ensure the authenticity of the project. (请用碳素墨水书写或者打印，要求对学生的工作态度、工作能力以及选题意义、研究内容和完成情况作出评价，不少于100汉字，外语专业类不少于150字) Daniel Braad Jorgensen同学的论文《圣诞树压缩机的设计》研究了目前在丹麦关于圣诞树的收割方面的特点，在原有机械的基础上做了改进并优化。重点对压缩部分的机械结构进行了改进，特别是在转台部分借鉴了挖掘机的回转装置，这一方法大大提高了整个机械的工作效率；并引入液压装置对圣诞树进行压缩，节省了人力。整篇论文具有明确的主题，也有比较高的使用价值。 在整个压缩装置的分析和计算方面，采用了使用Solid works和MathCAD两种软件结合计算分析的方法，这样特高了计算的精确性，特别是在Solid works中对某些零件的强度分析采用了有限元的方法，提高了整个设计的水平。 整篇论文内容完整，不仅详细的介绍了计算分析的过程，还列出了与原有机械的对比经济性，并提出了下一步的研究内容，作了总结。图纸方面完成较为完整，特别是对压缩装置部分的焊接件的装配图纸较为详细，图纸符合国际标准规范。 就整个机械上来讲，该论文重点介绍了压缩部分，对于其他的辅助部分并没有详细的进行设计；另外在压缩装置中还没有实现圣诞树的自动捆绑功能；在有限元的分析中个别零件的约束不是太完整，这是有待提高和下一步的研究内容。 总之，该论文从实际应用的角度出发，设计了一种很实用的机械，设计材料具有很强的应用前景，是一篇比较优秀的论文。 评定成绩（用百分制）： 指导教师签名： 年 月 日 毕业设计（论文）评阅教师评审意见
