静脉用蔗糖铁治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血的疗效观察及护理

【摘 要】 目的：研究和观察在血液透析患者肾性贫血的治疗中使用静脉滴注蔗糖铁的治疗效果。方法：收集血液透析肾性贫血患者共60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例，对照组患者口服硫酸亚铁进行治疗，观察组通过静脉滴注蔗糖铁进行治疗，将两组患者的临床效果进行观察和对比。结果：观察组患者的血红蛋白、血清铁、血细胞比容、铁蛋白值均明显高于对照组，观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组，P均 【关键词】 静脉滴注 蔗糖铁 血液透析 肾性贫血

【Abstract】 Objective： To study the effect of intravenous infusion of sucrose in the treatment of renal anemia in patients with hemodialysis..？Methods： a total of 60 cases of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia was collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 30 cases in each， the control group were treated with oral ferrous sulfate treatment， the observation group by intravenous iron sucrose treatment， the clinical effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared.？Results： in group of patients with hemoglobin， serum iron， blood cell hematocrit， iron protein values observed were significantly higher than those of the control group， the observation group patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group， P < 0.05）.？Conclusion： in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia use of intravenous iron sucrose treatment， can effectively improve the patient's symptoms of anemia， combining the clinical nursing， can make patients to treatment with more， patients satisfaction， worthy of popularization and application.

肾性贫血指的是由多种因素造成的肾脏促红细胞的生长素产生不足，或者尿毒症中一些毒素物质对红细胞的生成及代谢造成了干扰，导致患者贫血，属于慢性肾功能不全疾病终末期的常见并发症[1]。相关的研究发现，患者的贫血程度和肾功能的减退程度成正相关的关系，临床症状包括面色萎黄、唇甲苍白无光泽、眼结膜苍白等，而血液透析患者属于肾性贫血的高发人群[2]。在本次研究中，对血液透析肾性贫血患者使用了静脉滴注蔗糖铁的治疗方式，取得了满意的效果，现报道如下： 1 一般资料与方法 1.1 一般资料
