Nowadays, we can see many people watching their mobile phones in the subways, restaurants，streets and so on. Those people who use mobile phones too much are called phubbers. They can?t stop sending messages, surfing on the Internet and listening to music even when they are on the way to school or other places.

However, phubbing disturbs not only our study but also our life. On the one hand, it wastes lots of time. On the other hand, it can lead to health problems. For example, using a mobile phone on the sofa can cause pain in the back and neck.

Square Dance

In China, more and more people are interested in square dance these days. We can find many people dance in the square or in the parks at night.
