1．现在进行时的定义。

现在进行时是表示现在、说话瞬间或当前一直正在进行的动作。

eg：Tony is playing basketball now.托尼正在打篮球。

“now”意为“现在”。由此可以看出托尼打篮球的动作正在进行着。 2．现在进行时句子的谓语结构。

其谓语结构为：助动词be＋动词的现在分词。

当主语为第一人称单数时，be动词用am；当主语为第二人称或者主语为第一、三人称复数时，be动词用are；当主语为第三人称单数时，be动词用is。现在分词的构成规则为：

可简单地归纳为一句话“一直接，二去e，三双写，然后再加ing。”

注意：去e是去掉不发音的e；需双写再加ing的词有：sit，get，put，run，swim，shop，stop，cut等。

3．现在进行时的判定方法。

(1)句中有now时，常表示动作正在进行，用现在进行时。

(2)以Look，Listen开头的句子，提示我们动作正在进行，用现在进行时。
