11探索我国网络空间安全人才培养新模式

摘 要：针对我国网络空间安全人才供需脱节的现状，探索我国高校网络空间安全人才培养新模式。首先，论文采用问卷调查、统计分析和实地调研方法，研究我国网络空间安全人才需求面临的困境，并分析我国高校网络空间安全人才供给脱节背后的成因。然后，通过梳理国内外文献，深入剖析作为世界网络空间第一强国的美国对网络空间安全人才的培养模式。最后，通过专家研讨会的方式，探索我国网络空间安全人才培养新模式：建议以社会需求为引领，释放办学活力，创新教学方式，加强师资建设，加强重科研实践。

Abstract: In the view of the disconnect between cyberspace security talent supply and demand in China, this paper explores a new model of cyberspace security talent education.First of all, this paper adopts methods of questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and On-the-spot investigation. Research the difficulties of social demand, and analyze the reasons which behind the problems. Then, we analyze United States on cyberspace security talent training mode. Finally, through the expert seminar, we explore a new model of China's cyberspace security talent training. We suggest that taking the social demand as the guidance, release of the vitality of education, innovate teaching methods, enhance the quality of teachers, and attach importance to social research and practice.

1 引言

发展网络空间安全，队伍是基础，人才是关

键，然而用人单位面临一个严峻的问题—招人

难。政府部门、国有企事业单位抱怨由于工资待

遇等原因，网络空间安全相关专业的毕业生去了

体制外的公司；小公司抱怨这些毕业生不是去了

他们那里，去的是BAT 这类大公司；BAT 则抱怨

毕业生知识跟不上网络空间安全日新月异的技术发展，实操能力远不能满足工作需要。2 我国网络空间安全人才需求面临的困境目前我国需要大量召之即来，来之能干，干之必成的网络空间安全人才。然而，我国网络空间安全人才供给和需求之间的矛盾十分突出，满足社会需求困难重重。
