Ⅰ类切口手术患者围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理性分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨Ⅰ类切口手术患者围手术期合理预防应用抗菌药物的干预效果。方法 1000例Ⅰ类切口手术患者， 将其分为干预前（2014年1月～2015年1月）和干预后（2015年2月～2016年2月）， 各500例。分析干预前后的抗菌药物使用的合理性。结果 干预前围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物者324例（64.8%）， 合理的用药品种232例（71.6%）， 合理的用药时机271例（83.6%）， 合理的用药疗程104例（32.1%）， 平均使用抗菌药物时间为（3.25±3.45）d与干预后的198例（39.6%）、177例（89.4%）、179例（90.4%）、85例（42.9%）及（2.15±3.26）d比较， 差异有统计学意义（P 【关键词】 Ⅰ类切口手术；预防用药；干预措施 DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.34.003

【Abstract】 Objective To explore intervention effect of antibacterial agents rationally applied in perioperative operation patients with type Ⅰ incision. Methods A total of 1000 type Ⅰ incision

【Key words】 Type Ⅰ incision surgery； Prophylactic application； Intervention measures 据临床研究[1]Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物准确可将手术的治疗效果增加， 并显著降低术后感染率。但临床上仍存在着过度使用的情况， 进而发生耐药菌株产生以及转移的情况， 使感染病症不能有效的控制[2-4]。本次就某院Ⅰ类切口患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况进行检测以及干预， 并取得了较为理想的效果， 现将全部的内容整理报告如下。
