Do you know what is the stress ?And can you give me a definition of it ? Physics: pressure--The force which acts on a body’s surface vertically. Psychology & Mentality: The stress is the stress source and the stress responded constitutes together one kind of cognition and behavior experience which always emphasizes the meaning of nervous and uneasy.

The definition

Where does the stress come from ? Usually, almost nothing can not bring us the stress. In this light, if something or somebody makes you uneasy and nervous, there can surely be no doubt that this is the stress source of you. And in order to make a study of the reasons we can divide them into three parts:biological(e.g.hard diseases),psychical ( e.g. jealousy, regret, hatred),social environment(e.g. interpersonal adaptation).
