We refer to our order BP-123 dated March 30 for 10000 yards of cotton denim. We wish to remind you that we have had no news from you about shipment of the goods.

Now the cold season is approaching and our customers are in urgent need of goods, we have assured them of the timely delivery of the goods. So we hope that you will do your utmost to arrange for the prompt shipment as soon as possible. Please try your utmost to ship our goods by S.S. “Peace’ which is due to arrive at shanghai on MAY 1. You can transport our goods and it can be batched. In case you fail to effect delivery before MAY 1 which is originally agreed, we will have to lodge a claim against you for the losses incurred there by. As for the packing, it is necessary for us to remind you the packing must be strong enough to withstand rough hanging and mark the boxes with our initials in a diamond.

We look forward to receiving your shipping advice, by fax, within the next seven days.
