浅议平原型水库供水管理与可持续发展

摘 要：滨州市地处黄河下游，淡水资源匮乏，随着经济快速发展，水资源供需矛盾日益突出，为缓解这一矛盾滨州市依托引黄灌区，兴建平原水库进行水资源时空上的调节调节，丰蓄枯用，为经济社会发展提供有力的水资源保障。本文介绍了滨州市平原水库的建设发展情况，分析了平原水库的经济及社会效益，并对存在的工程技术方面、水质方面及管理运行方面影响可持续发展的问题，提出了对策。
