自动称重配料系统是一种连续累计自动控制系统,广泛用在煤炭、化工、冶金、建材、食品等关系国计民生的各个行业,配料系统可对物料的配比实现累计量控制,而准确的累计量控制可提高产品质量,降低生产成本,提高劳动效率。
自动称重配料系统是一种集输送、计量、配料于一体的在线测量动态自动衡器。该系统由一台或多台配料电子皮带秤组成,不仅能够显示瞬时流量和累计量,还可以根据输送带的瞬时流量与设定值的偏差去调整给料量的大小使瞬时流量更加接近设定值,构成一个环控制系统,达到恒定瞬时流量的目的。随着工业生产的迅速发展,电子皮带秤配料系统的需求量日益增大,被广一泛应用于冶金、建材、电力、化工、食品等行业的工艺控制。同时,随着电子计算机技术和自动控制技术的飞速发展,该系统所应用的技术更加先进,领域更加广泛,可以采取的方案更加灵活多样,而且,由于系统往往耗资巨大,用户的实际条件也各不相同。因此,慎重,全面地选择一套合理、完善、经济的方案就显得尤其重。
自动称重配料系统的结构组成主要由输送机架、称重传感器、测速传感器、秤架、主动滚筒、从动滚筒、输送带、张紧装置、拖动装置、调偏装置等组成。当散落在输送皮带机上的物料通过秤体时,秤体中的称重传感器和测速传感器分别把重量毫伏信号和带速脉冲信号通过接线盒送往皮带秤仪表
自动配料系统的总体设计思想为:皮带输送机投入运行前,输送皮带上物料流量的设定值由操作人员在键盘上设定。系统投入正常运行后,单片机采样皮带荷重信号和走速信号,将皮带走速信号与皮带单位长度上的瞬时重量相乘即可计算出皮带上物料的瞬间流量F(t)。瞬间流量可通过数码管显示出来,为操作人员提供工艺数据参考。8031系统再将流量实际值与其设定值进行比较,经PID调节运算后计算出控制量vi,再转换为电流输出信号h后而后经放大去控制可控硅的导通角,实现调节滑差电机电磁离合器励磁电流的功能,从而调节执行机构滑差电机的转速,使输送皮带上的物料流量尽可能稳定在设定值附近,并具有良好的静态指标和动态性能。
自动称重配料系统广泛应用于工农业生产和社会生活的各个领域。尤其是冶金、煤炭、化工、水泥等行业中,常常需要对散料进行皮带输送过程中的动态连续称量,而且要对输送中的流量进行调节、控制、达到准确的配比。
配料质量控制的优劣直接关系着企业生产能否顺利进行。如果配制的质量达不到要求,轻则造成原料、能源的浪费,重则影响产品的质量和生产率,并且有些重要生产岗位的配料失误甚至会给整个生产酿成事故。因此,配料精度的高低和配料速度的快慢制约着整个生产的产品质量和产量,因此应对配料过程的质量和产量控制给予足够重视。电子称自动配料系统可以按照设定配比和流量控制各输入物料的瞬时流量,从而达到控制各种产品的质量和产量的目的,是实现生产过程自动化和智能化、企业的科学管理、安全稳定生产和节能降耗的重要技术手段。微机配料控制系统在生产中的应用不仅可以提高配料质量和产量,也大大减轻了岗位工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
由于该系统的两条生产线相同,因此以七台皮带称组成的配料系统为例。本系统主要由配料电子称,仪表控制柜,变频器柜,工业控制微型计算机,及监控管理软件几部分组成。
1): 配料电子称
配料电子皮带称对经过皮带的散装物料进行自动的连续称量和累计,具有运输和计量两种功能。称重部分采用电阻应变式工作原理,多托辊杠杆式结构,实际工作时,皮带称采用恒速计量方式,通过调节上级给料速度来改
变物料流量,本类型怕带称多用于企业内部生产的工艺控制。
2): 仪表控制柜
仪表控制柜主要包括七台皮带称仪表,每台皮带称仪表接受来自称重传感器的重量毫伏信号和来自测速传感器的带速脉冲信号,计算出流量和累计量。并将流量信号以4~20毫安模拟电流的形式送给工控机,工控机将流量信号与机内设定值比较后,根据一定的控制规则输出4~20毫安调节信号,控制现场给料机的转速,从而构成单机闭环系统,达到控制某种物料流量的目的。
3):变频器柜
柜中的变频器,接受来自动力控制柜的开关信号控制上级给料电机的启停,同时亦接受来自工控机的4^-20毫安调节信号,来改变输出动力电源的频率,从而控制现场7台给料机的转速。如果变频器功率较大,则必须在柜体中配置散热风扇,以保证变频器能正常工作。
4):工业控制微型计算机及软件
工控机主机选用华硕IPC-610型14架装式工业PC机箱,配置PCA-6179L全长CPU卡,512M内存,80G硬盘,一个PCL-746+四端口RS232\422\485通讯接口卡,2个PCI-1720U型4通路隔离模拟量输出卡,工控机作为上位机,通过RS485双向通信接口与皮带称仪表联机,通过RS232双向通信接口与动力控制柜中的PLC联机,输出模拟量控制信号控制给料机的给料流量,从而构成完整的配料系统。工控机另留有一个RS485双向通信接口,以备与全厂的上位工控机通讯。
监控软件的主要功能有:根据生产配方和产量目标对称重过程进行自动控制,对称重数据进行统计管理并实现打印。系统软件有多种现场控制方式和配方输入方式,一适应不同的工程要求,用户可设定报警打印时间等参数,界面采用菜单方式,使用方便,用户可通过鼠标或键盘进行操作,对整个配料系统进行控制和管理。
控制系统的主要组成部分有电子皮带秤,可编程控制器,通讯系统设计和监控软件的功能模块等等,电子皮带称的组成及工作原理下文有具体的说明这里先不进行阐述,可编程控制器采用OMROM公司CQM1H型模块式可编程控制器,配置CQM1H-CPU21-E型中央处理器模块,CQM1-PA203型电
源模块,4个CQM1-212型16点I/O输入模块,2个CQM1-OC222型16点I/O输出模块,系统模块点数共112点。每台电子皮带称关于PLC的输入点信号有皮带跑偏开关报警信号,皮带打滑报警输入,报警复位,主皮带运行,现场操作盘中央/现场控制选择,现场控制给料机和皮带机的启动/停止,中央控制给料机和皮带机的启停等信号,每台电子皮带称关于PLC的输出点信号有皮带跑偏指示灯,皮带打滑指示灯,启动给料机,启动皮带机等信号。
通信系统设计选择VB6.0作为上位机软件平台,Visual Basic6.0以其友好的开发界面,简单易用,实用性强等优点,在国内外得到广泛的应用。
监控软件的功能模块软件是基于Windows 2000操作系统,采用Visual Basic6.0做编程语言,用Access2000进行数据库管理。其中操作模块主要用于系统进入或退出现场控制状态,执行初始化操作,建立一项新的生产任务,保存当前配料工程的各参数,下次开机后,可自动进入该工程,为了防止一般人随便启动系统,设置了【登录】功能。报表管理模块的功能是第一次进入查询页面时,操作人员可对所有通道的历史配料数据进行浏览和打印,查询时可按照通道号,班次和日期时间进行配料数据的查询,生成报表和打印。
现场控制模块主要用于设置工程参数,监测并控制现场配料活动。
设定模块用于设置配料工程各初始化参数。即生产编号,完成时间,分班情况,起始时刻,班累计手动/自动清零,单机/同时完工及其他皮带称仪表参数。
配料皮带秤的结构组成主要由输送机架、称重传感器、测速传感器、秤架、主动滚筒、从动滚筒、输送带、张紧装置、拖动装置、调偏装置等组成。当散落在输送皮带机上的物料通过秤体时,秤体中的称重传感器和测速传感器分别把重量毫伏信号和带速脉冲信号通过接线盒送往皮带秤仪表[3]
物料通过给料设备送至电子皮带秤,称体中的称量传感器和测速传感器将称重和速度信号送至称量仪表,称量仪表显示输送物料的瞬时流量,累计量等数据,同时,测量仪表跟据测量值与设定值的偏差,通过变频器去调整皮带秤驱动电机的转速,使之精确的以用户设定的给料流量给料,达到恒定物料瞬时流量的目的。
对于电子皮带秤,可选用刚质的S型称重传感器。其连接方式采用关节
轴承,处于受拉状态,其抗侧向力的能力强,可安装于封密的梁内,结构紧凑。该系统的特点是由一台上位机来控制多台给料机,为了实现一定的配比,各给料机之间的工作又是相互联系的,而且给定量要随当前的实际配比进行修改,因此其控制结构是较为复杂的。
