Unit2 Part B Let’s try&Let’s talk

教学目标

一知识与能力目标:

1、能理解对话大意并按正确的语音、语调朗读对话。

2、能够听、说、读并在情境中运用句型Was it interesting?What did you do last weekend?Did You...?谈论做过的事情。

3、能够在语境中理解生词magazine,better.faster的意思,并能正确发音。

二教学重难点

重点;理解对话内容,学会询问他人或描述自己做过的事情。

难点:能够在情境中正确运用句型:Was it interesting?What did you do last weekend? Did yo...? 讨论做过的事情。

三情感态度与价值观

培养学生合理计划周末活动的意识。

教学过程

Step I

1 Greeting

2 Free talk

如T:How was your weekend? What did you do?

S: It was good.I stayed at home and did my homework.

(设计意图:师生自由对话,营造轻松的课堂气氛.)

3 Let’s chant.

(设计意图:chant朗朗上口,在轻松愉悦的气氖中复习单词的过去式,为下面的语言输出做铺垫。)

4 Fast-reaction

电子白板上快速飘过本单元的动词过去式词组,学生举手抢答并读出来。

(设计意图:在游戏中复习动词过去式的词组,教师将课文中的生词better,faster作为学生表现的评价词语,让学生熟悉生词。。)

5 Guess

T: I had a busy weekend. What did I do last weekend? Can you guess? You can use“Did you...?”

S1: Did you see a film?

S2: Did you read a book?

S3:Did you wash your clothes?

(设计意图:学生用句型Did you...?猜测老师上个周未的活动,鼓励

学生用学过的词组热身。)

6 T: This is my weekend. I washed my clothes, cleaned my room, went to the park, saw a film and read a film magazine. I had a busy but nice weekend.

How about John? Was his weekend busy? What did he do?

(设计意图:总结我的周末活动,进入本节课的话题last weekend,自然导入本课新词magazine,并过渡到John’s weekend,进行Let’s try 部分。)

7 Let’s try.

T: Wu Yifan and John are talking about weekend. What did John do last weekend? Are Wu Yifan and John going to meet Amy together? Can you guess?

听对话,师生一起完成Let’s try练习。

(设计意图:教师介绍听力背景内容,布置听力任务,引导学生做听前预测,并为Let’s talk做铺垫。)

Step2

1. Read and answer

教师出示对话图片:Look,John meets Amy at the bus stop. Where is John going? What is he going to do? Please read and answer. 教师播放Let’s talk视频。

(设计意图:学生通过了解对话的背景,并观看视频,初步了解对话

大意)

2. Read and fill

T: John is going to buy a film magazine. Did he read a film magazine last weekend? What did he do last weekend? What did Amy do last weekend? Please read by yourself and fill in the table.

(设计意图:以表格的形式出示对话的核心问题,学生自读对话找出关键信息,培养学生捕捉关键信息的能力及良好的学习习惯。)

3.Listen and repeat

教师播放Let’s talk音频,学生跟读对话。教师提示学生注意一些语音语调及连读。

(设计意图:通过模仿跟读对话,教师给学生进行适当的读法指导,培养学生良好的朗读习惯。)

Step 3

1 Complete the dialogue

T: Zip had a birthday party yesterday. He got a gift. But the gift was gone. The police are interrogating the suspect.教师解释意思,学生小组内讨论并补充对话。

Police officer: Did you go to Zip’s home yesterday?

Suspect: No, I didn’t.

Police officer: Did you stay at home?

Suspect: Yes ,I did

Police officer: Did you_______________?

Suspect:__________________。(Yes,I did. No, I didn’t)

Police officer: What did you do yesterday?

Suspect: I ________and ________.

Police officer: Look, you did!

Suspect: Oh, no!(逃)

Police officer: Stop move!

2 Role-play

学生以小组为单位排演警察审案对话,教师抽取三组上台进行角色表演。

(设计意图:补全对话环节训练了重点词组和句型的运用,表演对话环节既鼓励学生大胆开口说英语,也发展了他们的个性才能,提高了英语学习兴趣。)

教学反思

本课主要是学习讨论自己或他人做过的事,教师由自己的周末活动作为新课的导入,既复习了Did you...句型和动词过去式词组,又让学生在轻松愉快的语言情境中进入Let’s try部分。教师提前将Let’s talk中生词从不同情境呈现,给学生扫除对话部分阅读障碍,降低阅

读难度。在教师的语音,语调以及连读的指导下,学生能很快正确阅读对话。整堂课中,学生百读不厌,百说不厌。最后的拓展环节既考察了学生的知识掌握情况,又给学生提供了自我展示的平台,提高了学生英语学习的积极性。
