试论激励与考核机制在外籍教师教学管理中的应用

【摘要】高等教育国际化是时代发展的必然产物也是教育未来发展的整体趋势。我国的高等教育国际化在近十年取得了长足发展。在国家教育方针政策引导下,国内高等院校逐渐在专业培养方式与模式上选择与国外院校合作办学,通过资源共享和学分互认等多种形式,共同培养具有国际化视野的复合型人才。中外合作办学这一趋势使得更多热爱教育事业的外籍教师和专家走进我们的课堂,为我国的高等教育国际化事业做着默默奉献。本文主要探讨如何充分运用科学的管理机制管理和开发外智资源,从而使之更好的服务于我国的教育事业。

【abstract】the internationlization of higher education is a product of social development but also a trend of future education. it makes a big progress in the nearest 10 years. under the direction of governmental education policies , chinese institutions of higher learning are encouraged to cooperate with foreign institutions of higher learning on professional training mode and to creat compound talents through the establishment of credit tranfer systems and resource-sharing,etc. the chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools makes it possible that more and more international teachers and experts with euthusiasm and love
