本公司原国际部外贸业务员XX因个人身体健康原因，于2015年10月13日起离职，我公司郑重声明，自本声明公布之日起，其在外发生的一切活动皆属于个人行为，所有的相关责任均由他本人承担，与我公司无关。

My company’s currently serving personnel, Ms XX, is now in charge of the previously related jobs with your esteemed company that Mr. XX was responsible. She will promptly make contact with your esteemed company.

原来由XX负责范围内的工作，将有在职人员XX负责，稍后，她会和贵司取得联系。
