近几年来,随着我国经济的持续发展,汽车的需求量继续保持高速的增长。并随着电子技术的发展,越来越多的汽车上采用了电子控制的自动空调。 汽车空调系统是实现对车厢内空气进行制冷、加热、换气和空气净化的装置。它可以为乘客人员提供舒适的乘车环境,降低驾驶员的疲劳强度,提高行车安全。空调装置已成为衡量汽车功能是否齐全的标志之一。 本论文就是以一汽大众宝来轿车空调系统作为研究对象,从结构、工作原理、以及故障的分析和排除等方面,结合故障案例,分析数据,了解此类空调系统故障的发生、检测、解除的过程。 关键词:空调系统 故障诊断 检修 I

Title: Faw Volkswagen bora car air conditioning system fault diagnosis and ruled out

Abstract: In recent years, as the economy continues to develop, auto demand continues to maintain high-speed growth. And with the development of electronic technology, more and more cars used electronic control automatic air conditioning. Automotive air conditioning system is to achieve the compartments for refrigeration and air heating, ventilation and air purification devices. It can provide comfort for passengers environment, reduces the bus driver fatigue strength, improve the driving safety. Air-conditioning unit has become a measure of whether the car function complete one sign. This thesis is to faw Volkswagen bora car air conditioning system as an experiment design object, from its tectonic structure, working principle, and the breakdown analysis and elimination of, connecting with the practice, analysis of data, understand such air conditioning system of failure, testing, termination process.
