摘 要

在大学生就业问题日益突出的今天，提高大学生的就业信息管理能力无疑是缩短就业信息搜寻时间、降低搜寻成本、提高就业质量的一个重要突破口。大学生的就业信息管理策略主要包括就业信息的搜集、整理以及各种信息的综合运用。通过文献研究，综述了国外学者关于工作搜寻理论的观点。通过对100名大学生的问卷调查研究，发现大学生就业信息管理中主要存在机会成本高、信息不对称、期望过高、地域倾向严重等问题。解决问题的对策主要是掌握科学的搜集方法，选择合适有效的搜寻途径；对信息加以整理和综合利用,提升就业信息管理能力。

Abstract

With the increasingly prominence of employment of university students, there is no doubt that improving the ability of information management is an important breach to a reduction in time, an improvement in quality, and some cost savings. The strategy of employment information management mainly consists of the search, organization and combination of employment information. This thesis is based on Job Search Theory from foreign scholars. According to the questionnaire on 100 college students, the problems mainly lie in the high opportunity costs, the asymmetric information and the regional tendency in the employment information management of college students. In this way, we should master scientific collective methods, choose effective and appropriate searching ways and utilize the information comprehensively in order to improve the ability of employment information management.
