1.投标须知
1.1背景
**世纪广场是由**集团在杭州开发第一个房地产项目,该项目的策划推广是整个营销过程中的一个重要环节,因此公司需要借本项目对企业品牌及项目品牌进行整体推广。
1.2投标人资格
本次招标原则上面对具备设计能力和整合推广能力的广告单位,也欢迎对本次招标感兴趣的优秀广告单位参加投标。参加投标的单位需满足以下要求:
具有熟悉房地产行业、策划与创意富于自主创造力、策略能力强、设计表现优良、协作/顾问意识强、理论水平高的资质/能力。
在国内注册、在当地办公的法定代表单位,主要人员至少有壹年以上(含壹年)广告策划从业经验。
1.3准备投标方案、合同谈判等项费用不作为本次招标的直接费用。
1.4 招标人不一定要接受所提交的任一投标方案。
2.投标书的构成
投标人编写的投标书应包括下列部分:

2.2技术标:**世纪广场整合推广方案、平面表现方案。
2.3商务标:合作方式、费用方案。
2.4投标人资质材料和其他证明材料。
2.5《项目广告服务合作合同》范本。

1.广告设计要求
1.1在深刻理解和分析我司所提供的项目背景资料的基础上,结合市场调查工作,并根据项目特点,为项目首期住宅制定强而有力的整体广告推广策略及相应可执行广告方案。 2设计内容
2.1平面广告稿:针对项目市场推广方案制定两套以上平面设计。每一套设计均包含一个1/2彩版和1/3彩版的平面设计(要求两个平面设计要有不同的宣传主题),并设计A3双面彩版单张一份,针对宣传主题进行设计;及广告公司认为可以表现其实力的平面表面稿。
2.2平面广告创意说明,阐述平面广告的构思、创意;
2.3为“**集团”制定企业品牌宣传策划方案;
2.4企业品牌宣传策划须项目推广相配合,相协调;
3.投标人应完整的填写招标文件提供的投标函和费用方案,投标货币应为人民币。
4.以上资料均需提供相应的纸质文本、电子文本格式(图片必须提供.jpg和.cdr格式)。 说明:营销推广方案主要用来比稿,在招标人评定投标人资质时占有很大的权重。
5.投标人费用方案中所报费用为总计费用(包括所有应付的税金)。投标人还应提出相关费用的支付方式、支付时间和额度。
6.投标人资质证明材料和其他证明材料
6.1资质材料:单位简介、企事业单位营业执照复印件(或相应证明文件)、以往所作广告案例的证明材料、人员结构和组成、
6.2其他证明材料:投标人认为必要的其他相关材料。
3.投标书提交、收到
3.1投标书应装在密封的信封里,并清晰地印上贵司为本项目广告服务投标书
3.2编制好的投标书应按招标邀请函中规定的时间及地址提前或准时送到。任何在递交截止日之后收到的投标书将被原封退回。
