Nowadays,with the strength of work,a good health gets more and more important to everyone. How to keep healthy becomes an issue.

In my opinion,frist,we need eat the different kinds of food,for example,fruits and vegetables,which contain a great variety of vitamin,and give us energy.Secondly,having a good sleep is also very important,every day we need have eight hours on sleeping.The last one,we should spend a few minutes in doing the exerise everyday.It can let us have a good state all the day.

General speaking,we need have a good living habit.we need eat the food which contain the high fat or sugar less and less.Don't drink so much coffee in one day.We should have plenty of time to rest.

Above all ,if we can do it like that,i think we can have a good health,and our living quility also becomes better and better.

My favourite season is autumn. It is a harvest season. Farmers are all busy getting in the crops. There are lots of different fruits in the season, such as apples, oranges, bananas and so on. The Mid-Autumn Festival is the Chinese traditional festival in autumn. People often have a big family dinner to celebrate it. The whole family have mooncakes and admire the full moon in the open air at night.

It is cool in autumn. So autumn is a good season to travel. National Day is on October 1. Lots of people go out for a trip during the holiday. We can learn a lot about the history of our country from the trip. I want to visit Beijing, the capital of China, with my parents this autumn. People also do many different kinds of sports in autumn. For example, children often fly kites in the park. The young like climbing the hills and having a camping trip at weekends. The old can go out for a walk and do some exercise.

There are many beautiful flowers in autumn. Chrysanthemums are the most popular. They have a sweet smell.

I like autumn best. What about you, my dear friend?

With the increase in the general standard of living, some ordinary Chinese families begin to afford a car. Yet, opinions of the development of a private car vary from person to person.

It gives a much greater degree of comfort and mobility. The owner of a car is no longer forced to reply on public transport, and hence no irritation caused by waiting for buses or taxis. However, others strongly object to developing private cars. They maintain that as more and more cars are produced and run in the street, a large volume of poisonous gas will be given off, polluting the atmosphere and causing actual harm to the health of people.

Whether private cars should be developed in China is a difficult question to answer, yet the desire for the comfort and independence a private car can bring will not be eliminated.

I have been to lots of cities, but what impress me deep most is Xi’an city.

Xi’an is the capital of Shannxi province, located in the southern part of the Guangzhong Plain. Xi’an is recognized as one of the most important cities in China both history and culture. Xi’an alled Chang’an in ancient times, has been the capital region for 13 dynastic periods. It also has been the eastern end of the Silk Road, so Xi’an was the first Chinese city to open up its doors to ancient world.

Xi’an also has a lot of some places of interest. Such as Terra Cotta Warriors, bell town, drum town, city wall, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and so on. Especially, the Terra Cotta Warriors is recognized as the eighth wonder of the world. Moreover, there are lots of universities in Xi’an.

Xi’an, the eternal city, records the great changes of the Chinese nation just like a living history book.

Nowdays The world is getting smaller and smaller because of the Internet . It plays a more and more important role in our daily lives . Many people like shopping online . shopping online does help a lot in many aspects . Such as shopping online is much more convenient because it can't expend time to shopping in the malls .Internet can provide choose shopping onling can get something cheap .But shopping online brings a lot of disadvantages.For example .It is difficult to guarantee the quclity of goods bough onling . it is not safety to pay online .

After all .every coin has two sides .we should learn how to make use of the Internet resources correctly .
