1.教师放录音，学生听后选择正确答案。

2.教师核对答案，在核对完第二题答案时呈现一高一低两只恐龙的图片，提问学生：Can you guess which one is the second dinosaur ?Yes,because this one is taller.

二．学习Let‘s talk

（1）用课件呈现对话的内容，引导学生用It‘s tall /strong...描述图中的恐龙，复习巩固已学的形容词。

（2）整体感知对话并回答问题， a.教师提问：How tall is the dinosaur?How tall is Zhang Peng ?引导学生通过插图猜测问题的答案。

b.教师请学生带着问题观看动画获取信息，并在次此过程中帮助学生理解the tallest , dinosaur ，hall, both 的意思。 （3）引导并解析核心句型。

a.教师提问：Who is taller,Zhang Peng or the small dinosaur?引导学生回答：Zhang Peng is taller than the small dinosaur.

b.教师继续提问：Which dinosaur is taller, the green one or the brown one? 引导学生回答：The green dinosaur is taller than the brown one.

c. 教师板书两个句子，请学生找出其共同点。
