一、概 述 Summary

JLCZ型化工流程泵是单级单吸悬县臂式离心泵，是更新换代的节能产品，适用于化工、石油、淀粉制糖、味精、制药、酿酒、合成纤维等部门输送温度在-20～105℃的腐蚀性介质或物理、化学性能类似于水的介质。

Type JLCZ Chemical Process Pump is Single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, and the most popular energy-saving products. The pump is widely used in chemical,petrochemical, Starch sugar, MSG,medical, Spirit-making, synthetic fiber etc., for transfer corrosive or pure medium at -20oC~105oC (temperature of medium).

泵的最高工作设计压力为1.6兆帕

二、结构说明 Structure Description

JLCZ型化工流程泵一种单级单吸悬臂式离心泵，其有关标记，额定性能参数和尺寸均采用ISO2858-1975（E），泵体通过下部的底脚支承固定在底座上，泵的进口方向水平方向，泵的出口方向为垂直向上，与密封腔连成一体的泵盖采用后开门式，即夹紧在泵体与悬架之间。叶轮经过静、动平衡校验，用叶轮并帽和锁母与轴套一起固定在轴上。泵轴由两列或三列轴承支承在悬架部件中，悬架部件通过悬架支架泵体一起固定在底座上，泵体以及悬架部件与悬架支架均由螺母栓连接。轴与电动机由联轴器联接。

Type JLCZ Chemical Process Pump is Single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, the mark, rated performance parameters and dimensions according to ISO2858-1975(E), the pump through the bottom of the foot support fixed to the base, Inlet direction of pump is horizontal direction, the export orientation is vertical, with pump cover to structure, and using back-opening, that clamp in between the Casing and suspension. Take safe cup of impeller, lockingnut and shaft sleeve to fix on the axle, after impellers balance check at static and dynamic.Two or three bearings support the shaft in the suspension parts. Suspension parts and Suspension bracket for Casing fix on baseplate, they are by a bolt to connection. The shaft and motor connect with coupling.

泵的密封型式要用单、双端面硬质合金机械密封，也可由用户根据需要选用，同时根据需要允许适合于ISO3069规定的密封腔尺寸的其他结构的轴封形式（如带波纹管的机械密封和付叶轮密封等等）。

四、拆卸与组装

Disassembly and assembly

Ⅰ拆卸 Disassembly

由于采用了后开式结构，拆卸泵时，不必拆卸进、出口管路和泵体。只需拆下电机或闻轴器中间段（不拆电机）即可退回转子部件、进行维修、保养。

The pump use back-opening structure, so without dismantling inlet,outlet and casing. Just dismantle motor and middle coupling (without motor), then return rotor parts for maintenance.

拆卸顺序为：

Disassembling order：

1、拆下泵体上班液管堵和悬架上的放油管堵，放净泵内液体和轴承箱内的润滑油。（注：如泵上还有另外附加管路亦应拆下）

Twist off the pipe gags on the casing and Suspension, then release the lubricant from Bearing box and liquid from casing (If pump have other piping, please disassemble).

2、拆下电机固定螺栓并移开电机，拆三节联轴器时，如泵用膜片联轴器将膜片联轴器中间段拆下，电机不需拆下。

Disassemble motor’s bolts and remove motor. At disassembling three section of coupling, If it use diaphragm coupling, please disassembling the middle segment of the diaphragm coupling, and don’t remove the motor.

3、拆开泵体与悬架部件联接螺栓，将悬架体部件及叶轮等全部转子部件从泵体中一起退出。

Disassemble coupling bolts between case and suspension body, then please take suspension, impeller and rotor etc. away from casing.

4、拆下叶轮螺母，取下叶轮和键。

Disassemble impeller nut, and take down impeller and keys.

5、将泵盖连同轴套，机械密封端盖和机械密封等部件一起从轴上退出。注意勿使轴套相对于泵盖等发生滑动，然后再拆下机械密封端盖将机械密封连同轴套一起取下，再将轴套和机械密封拆开。如果密封采用特殊结构，应注意不同的拆卸方法。

Take down the cover, shaft sleeve, mechanical seal end cover and mechanical seal from the shaft. The shaft sleeve is not allowed to glide from the cover. And then, Disassemble mechanical seal end cover, take down the mechanical seal and the shaft sleeve out together. Now take apart the shaft sleeve and the mechanical seal, last take apart them. Note different mechanical seal according to different disassembly method.

6、拆下泵体联轴器和键。 Disassemble coupling and keys.

7、拆下轴承两端轴承前后压盖，再将轴连同轴承一起从轴承内向联轴器方向内取下。

Remove the bearing at both ends of the gland, then remove shaft and bearings from coupling.

8、从泵轴上拆下轴承。

Remove bearing from pump shaft. Ⅱ组装 Assembly

与拆卸程序相板进行即可。 Opposite to Disassembly

五、安 装

Installation

1、泵的安装是否合理，对泵的正常运行和使用寿命有很重要的影响，所以安装前必须仔细校正，不得草率，泵的外形及安装尺寸，详见图3和表3。

Before installation, please careful check the appearance and mounting dimensions (figure 3 and table 3).

2、必须避免有金属颗粒、砂石等杂物进入泵腔内部。

Avoid metal particles, gravel and debris to enter to the pump chamber. 3、吸入和吐出管路应该另有支架，泵体进、出法兰不能支承管路重量。 Please plan bracket for pump suction and discharge piping, because inlet and outlet flange of casing don’t sustain the weight of piping.

4、安装泵的地点应预留一定空间，以便于巡回检查和检修。

Please reserve some space around the pump, for easy inspection and maintenance.

5、安装顺序 assembling order

（1）将机组放在埋有地脚螺栓的混凝土基础上，在底座和基础之间放置成对的楔垫作找正之用。

Put the unit on the concrete and buried anchor bolt. Place wedge between the baseplate and foundation for correction.

（2）用水平仪分别放在泵联轴线基础及底座上，通守调整楔垫，找正机组的水平后，适当拧紧地脚螺栓，以防移动。

Put level meter on the baseplate and the foundation of shaft axis, by adjusting the wedge until level, and then tighten appropriately the anchor bolts to prevent moving.

（3）用混凝土灌注地脚螺栓。 Perfusion anchor bolts with concrete

（4）在待混凝土干固后，应拧紧地脚螺栓，要重新检查泵轴线的水平度。 After concrete is dry, please tighten the anchor bolts, re-check the levelness of the shaft axis.

（5）在接好管路及确定原动机转方向以后，接上联轴器，再核对一遍轴的同心度，测量联轴器的外圆上下、左右的差异不得超过0.1mm，两联轴器端面间隙就在（2-3）mm之间。

After make sure piping and rotational direction of prime mover, fit the couplings. Please re-check the concentricity of shaft, and keep the difference of coupling’s circumcircle less than 0.1mm, and two end clearance of coupling should be between

2mm and 3mm.

（6）在机组实际运行驶1-2小时后作最后检查，如无不良现象，则认为安装合格。 Please check the unit, after it runs 1-2 hours. If no adverse phenomena that install qualified.

六、起动、运行和停止

Start-up, Operation And Shutdown

1、起动前准备 Ready

（1）起动前要把泵和现场清理干净。

Before start-up, please clean the pump and site.

（2）检查轴承体内润滑油是否适量（油面在油标中心线上2mm左右），油标是否完好。

Check oil pointer and lubricant in the Bearing body, and keep the volume Overflow the center line of oil pointer to 2mm.

（3）未接联轴器检查原动机的转向，与泵的转向箭头一致后，接好联轴器。 Check rotational direction of prime mover, and keep up with rotation arrow of pump. Last fit couplings.

（4）在装好机械密封和联轴器后可方便地利用手转动联轴器，应无碰控现象，并将联轴器的防护罩安装好。

Rotate coupling by hands after fitted the mechanical seal and coupling. There should be no friction phenomenon, then fit the protective cover on the coupling.

（5）泵在吸上情况下使用，起动前应灌泵或抽真空，使用泵体内注满所输送介质，泵在倒灌情况下使用，起动前应用所输送液体将泵灌满，驱除泵中空气后，将吐出管的阀门关闭。采用双端面机械密封时，起动前接通机械密封室冷却水。

In the condition of suction, please Infusion pump or vacuumizing for filling up liquid before start. In the condition of back-flushed, please infuse liquid into pump, and turn off valve of discharge piping after emptying air from the pump.In the case of double mechanical seal, please connect with the mechanical seal chamber cooling

water before starting.

（6）起动前检查基础螺栓有无松动，压盖是否歪斜以及润滑油的油量及接通密封冷却水，应使密封冷却水压不低于0.2Mpa。

Please keep the baseplate bolt in tight, check cover isn’t oblique, enough lubricant, Seal cooling water(Hydrostatic pressure not less than 0.2MPa).Then starting.

2、起动 Start-up

（1）关闭进出口压力（或真空）计和出水阀门，（如有旁通管，此时也应关闭）。起动电动机。（最好先起点动，确认泵转向正确后，才开始正式运行）。然后打开进出口压力（或真空）计，当泵达到正常转速且仪表指出相应压力时，再慢慢打开出水阀门，调节到需要的工况。在吐出管路关闭的情况下，泵连续工作的时间不能超过2分钟。

Close the inlet and outlet manometer(or vacuum manometer), and outlet valve, and then turn on motor. After motor running, open inlet and outlet manometer(or vacuum manometer). When pump reach normal speed, and the instrument that the corresponding pressure, please slowly open the water valve and adjust to the desired conditions. At outlet closing, the pump working hours can’t be more 2mins.

（2）起动过程中要时时注意原动机的功率讯数及泵的振动情况，振动数不应超过0.06毫米，测定部位是轴承座和泵体流道肩部。

On the starting process, please attention power meter of prime mover and vibration of pump (vibration not less than 0.06mm, measurement site at bearing seat and shoot shoulder of pump).

（3）密封情况：机械密封应无泄漏、发热现象。 Mechanical seal shall be no leakage, no fever. 3、运行 Operation

（1）经常检查泵和机电的发热情况（轴承的温升不应超过75℃）及油位计供油情况。（一般每运行驶1500小时后，要全部更换润滑油一次和轴承保养）

Regularly check temperature of pump and motor(temperature of bearing not less than 75oC), oil-depth gauge(after running 1500 hours, please Replacement lubricant and maintenance bearing ).

（2）不能用吸入阀来调节流量，避免产生汽蚀。

Don’t use the suction valve to regulate the flow for avoiding cavitation. （3）泵不宜在低于30%设计流量下连续运转，如果必须在该条件下连续运转，则应在出口处安装旁通管，排放多余的流量。

In general, the pump can't run for long time under the designed flow 30%. If necessary, a side pipe should be set on the discharge pipe to share other flow.

（4）注意泵运转在无杂音，如发现异常状态时，应及时停车检查排除异常。 Stop and check immediately if there are some abnormal noise or othermalfunction.

4、停止 Shutdown

（1）缓慢关闭吐出管路阀门（如果泵在倒灌情况下使用，还要关半闭吸入管路的阀门），并关闭各种仪表的开关。

Shut off the valves of discharge piping slowly (if running at flow-backward, please shut off the valves of suction piping). And shut down all meter.

（2）切断电源。 Power off.

（3）关闭机械密封冷却水。

Shut off mechanical seal chamber cooling water.

（4）如果环境温度低于液体凝固点时，要放净泵内的液体以防冻裂。

Remove the liquid in the pump if the environmental temperature is below the solidify point of the liquid.

（5）如果长时间停车不用，除将泵内的腐蚀性的液体放净外，各零部件应拆卸清洗干净，尤其是密封腔，最好是将原拆下清洗后重新装好，除油防锈处理和封闭泵进、出口外，还应定期检查。
