摘 要

乙丙橡胶(EPR)是一种应用非常广泛的弹性体,它是继齐格勒-纳塔Zieg1er-Natta催化剂的发明、聚乙烯和聚丙烯的出现后问世的一种以乙烯和丙烯为基本单体的共聚橡胶。乙丙橡胶以优异的物理和化学特性使得它被广泛地应用于汽车、建筑、农业等诸多领域,被认为在几大合成橡胶中生产增长最快、最有前途的。

本设计可行的规模化生产乙丙橡胶的工艺路线。简单的介绍了乙丙橡胶的生产历史和现状,阐述了乙丙橡胶的规格和特点,对国内外乙丙橡胶生产工艺研究进展、发展趋势进行简要的概括和总结;对乙丙橡胶的溶液聚合法、悬浮聚合法和气相聚合法三种工业生产工艺路线的技术状况及特点进行对比分析,确定了设计的工艺路线采用悬浮聚合法制备乙丙橡胶。与此同时,设计还进行了物料衡算和能量衡算、设备设计和选型计算。确定了设计工艺的主要设备。其非工艺部分包含了平面布置、供暖等内容。说明书中还进行了经济核算。

Abstract

Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) is a very wide range of elastomers, it is the second Ziegler - Natta Zieg1er-Natta catalyst of the invention, polyethylene and polypropylene came after the emergence of an ethylene and propylene as the basic monomer copolymer rubber. Ethylene-propylene rubber with excellent physical and chemical properties make it widely used in automotive, construction, agriculture and many other fields, is considered in several synthetic rubber production of the fastest growing and most promising.

The design of a viable large-scale production of ethylene-propylene rubber process route. A brief introduction of the ethylene-propylene rubber production history and current situation, described EPDM specifications and characteristics of the domestic production process of ethylene-propylene rubber research, a brief summary of trends and summary; for solution polymerization of ethylene-propylene rubber method, suspension polymerization and gas production processes meet the legitimate line of three industrial technical conditions and characteristics were analyzed to determine the design process route.
