More compact than everWith its revolutionary size and design, all you need to measure is already built in, including the controller, weather station, tilt sensor and battery. The Omnitrac 2 transmits data via its integrated WiFi. For length measurement, the highly precise ADM 2 (Absolute Distance Measurement) technology is used. The Omnitrac 2’s autolock camera captures the laser beam automatically. The system can be mounted and used in any position: overhead, perpendicular to a wall or on an incline - all with a simple magnetic mount. For large parts it is easier if the measuring system comes to the components - and not vice versa. This saves time, money and effort to transport the parts. In confined spaces the Omnitrac 2 proves its abilities. Due to its design, it can measure up and down steep angles and it does not require a minimum measuring distance.
Communication made simpleThe built in camera makes communication between the measuring system and measurement environment very simple. The wide-angle and deep detection fi
eld of Omnitrac 2 goes far beyond the previous narrow-band locking capabilities of other systems. The Omnitrac 2 locks on to targets faster than ever. This new feature allows measurement in obstacle-rich environments. Even the most complex measurements can be largely automated.
Autolock keeps the goal in sightIf the laser beam is interrupted by obstacles in the measuring environment, the autolock function quickly and automatically reestablishes the connection between the tracker and target. This is possible due to the Omnitrac 2’s integrated wide-angle camera. It automatically registers all reflectors within a wide and deep workspace. This speeds up almost any measurement job, saving time and money, especially in complex and confusing work environments. The Omnitrac 2 laser tracker follows you everywhere you want to go. And it measures everywhere you want to measure.
