摘要： 建筑行业是一个安全事故易发行业，华建公司作为发展多年的大型建筑类企业，历来重视安全管理，并形成了较为完善的质量、环境和健康安全管理体系。本文介绍了华建公司安全管理体系的构建框架，以便给其他建筑类企业提供范例。

abstract： the construction industry is a safe

accident-prone industry. chinese construction companies as the development of many years of large-scale construction enterprises， has always attached great importance to safety management， and formed a more perfect quality， environment and occupational health and safety management system. this paper introduces the framework of safety management system of huajian company， in order to provide examples for other construction enterprises.
