高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗下呼吸道感染疗效观察

摘要：目的 观察高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法 选择100例在我院住院治疗的下呼吸道感染患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组各50例，治疗组予3%高渗盐水20ml雾化吸入 bid，对照组予生理盐水20ml雾化吸入 bid，观察两组疗效及不良反应情况并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组显效36例（78.26%），有效7例（15.22%），无效3例（6.52%），不良反应4例；对照组显效25例（51.02%），有效13例（26.53%），无11例（22.45%），不良反应1例。两组在总有效率上具有统计学差异，在不良反应上不具有统计学差异。结论 高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗下呼吸道感染疗效令人满意，使用安全。 关键词：高渗盐水；雾化吸入；下呼吸道感染

Curative Effect Observation on Hypertonic Saline Inhalation in Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of hypertonic saline inhalation in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods100 patients with lower respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The

treatment group received 3% hypertonic saline inhalation of 20ml twice a day,while the control group received physiological saline inhalation of 20ml twice a day.Observed the curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups,then took statistical analysis.ResultsFor the treatment group, 36 cases(78.26%) were markedly improved,7 cases(15.22%) were effective,3 case(6.52%)

ineffective,and 4 cases received adverse reaction.For the control group,25 cases(51.02%)were

markedly improved,13 cases(26.53%)were effective,11 cases(22.45%)ineffective,and 1 case received adverse reaction.Both groups differ in total effective rate but not in incidence adverse

reactions.ConclusionThe curative effect of hypertonic saline inhalation in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection is satisfactory and this therapy were proved secure.

Key words：Hypertonic saline；Inhalation；Lower respiratory tract infections下呼吸道感染是内科常见病，多发病。在下呼吸道感染治疗中，除常规静脉及口服给药途径外，雾化吸入也是一种常用给药途径。通过雾化吸入，药物可直达病灶发挥作用。选择不同的药物雾化吸入，可以达到消炎、解痉、祛痰等不同辅助治疗目的。其中高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗在临床使用较广
