护理风险管理在神经内科护理工作中的应用

[摘要] 目的 该次研究针对神经内科患者进行护理工作的分析和研究，探讨针对护理风险工作进行管理的相关内容，希望可以通过对护理工作的全面监督与管理，保证护理工作质量，提升患者护理满意程度。 方法 该院收集2014年10月—2016年10月近两年时间内的患者资料172例，以上患者均接受神经内科的临床治疗和临床护理。采取随机分组的方式将收集到的患者资料进行分组，针对不同组别的患者采取不同的护理干预，并进行护理风险的管理。记录两组患者护理期间的相关信息，并比较。结果 通过该次研究发现，两组患者住院期间的护理干预时间差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。而实验组在护理过程中出现意外摔倒现象存在患者1例，输液不良反应患者存在1例，护理风险的发生几率为2.3%。对照组患者中存在意外摔倒患者4例，输液不良反应患者4例，还存在3例意外刺伤患者，以及财务丢失患者1例、护理设备缺失患者2例，和给药事故患者资料1例情况，护理风险发生几率为17.4%。数据信息说明，实验组临床护理效果明显优于对照组，实验组患者护理满意程度为97.7%，对照组护理满意程度为82.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To research the nursing work of patients in the department of neurology and discuss the related management contents of nursing risk work in order to comprehensively monitor and manage the nursing work， ensure the nursing working quality and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients. Methods 172 cases of patients with clinical treatment and clinical nursing in the department of neurology in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， different nursing intervention measures were adopted for different groups， and both groups were also given the nursing risk management， and the related information of the two groups was recorded during the nursing period， thus proving the reliable comparison data for the following research， and the nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups was paid attention to.
