4.1 在施工进度计划的实施和控制、检查与调整、保证措施的制定过程中，负责协调各相关方。 4.2 审批项目总、年、季、月的进度计划以及项目各项统计报表。 4.3 组织协调项目工程竣工验收工作。

5.项目成本控制

5.1根据公司制定的项目成本预算进行成本控制，在预算范围内根据授权审批或审核成本开支。审核项目

预算成本的调整申请，并报公司审批。

5.2在保证项目各项目标完成的情况下，领导下属进行二次经营，以创造新的利润增长点。 5.3批准授权范围内的工程结算；协助总部相关部门和事业部本部办理授权范围外的工程结算工作。

6.分包商供应商管理

6.1 负责批准在授权范围内可自行选择的分包商/供应商的资质预审、招标文件编制、中标单位的确定、合

同的签订和变更。包括：项目零星物资的采购和相关的分包选择等。

6.2 负责协助总部分包采购或物资采购部门进行授权范围外分包商/供应商的选择工作。 6.3 确保项目所使用的分包商、供应商在项目实施的过程中处于受控状态。

7.质量安全管理

7.1贯彻落实质量、环境与职业健康安全管理法规、标准规范和公司相关管理体系文件的要求。 7.2组织项目重大质量事故的调查与处理；当项目安全事故发生时，负责立即向上级主管部门报告，并协

2.施工现场生产条件前期准备

根据项目策划、项目经理安排，具体执行项目前期准备工作。包括与业主交接后施工场地的平面布局，现场临时建筑的报批、搭设及办公场所的布局，给排水、电气、排污等市政设施的交接及现场临水、临电及消防设施的布局及施工，前期劳动力入场的工作分派，协助项目经理完成业务实施的工作部署。

3.生产管理与组织协调工作

3.1具体负责现场临水、临电及消防设施管理，为施工生产及时供应生产用水用电和保障现场消防设施的有效及完好提供保障。

3.2根据生产需要及时调整现场平面布置图，根据业务实施规划建立现场临时设施、场地使用，包括协调物资堆放及保管。

3.3对文明与安全施工进行部署，协调各业务实施之间的文明与安全施工交叉点，组织现场文明与安全施工检查并处理。

3.4 协助项目经理组织现场质量安全管理，保证质量安全管理体系的有效运行。
