人事管理系统
摘 要
由于计算机在企业管理中的普及应用,企业迫切需要运用人事管理系统软件替代原始的手工记录来进行员工信息的管理,来提高企业员工的工作效率,增强企业的竞争力,因此利用计算机实现企业人事管理势在必行。
论文介绍了系统的开发背景及其必要性;系统采用的关键技术;系统的设计过程;系统实现的主要功能等。系统设计中,采用SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,Delphi 7.0为前台开发工具,利用Delphi7.0提供的面向对象的开发手段和操纵数据库的方便性,先建立系统应用原型,再对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成用户满意的可行系统。系统结合公司实际的人事管理制度,经过实际的需求分析,采用C/S模式,实现了员工信息管理、部门与职位信息设置、员工变动信息管理、后台管理、统计报表、信息查询等功能。它的主要目标是支持企业的人事管理业务,减轻人员的劳动强度,提高企业的社会效益与经济效益。系统从易用性、方便性、实用性、安全性和企业的实际需求出发,基本上可以适用于企业的人事管理的需求。
