Submersible sewage pump protection device and protection ch-aracteristics

The overload protection(It is usually used in special control cabinet).

When the pump current I 1.2 Ie, there will be a overload, then t he i ndicator l amp o f t he c ontrol s ystem w ill b e o n,p ump s tops r unning. Phase failure protection(It is usually used in special control cabinet).

When any phase shortage of the main circuit happens, the phase shortage lamp of the control system will be on, pump stops running. Short-circuit protection(It is usually used in special control cabinet).

When the short-circuit in the main circuit happens, the breaker of the control system will be disconnected quickly, pump stops running. Liekage humidity protection(It can be used in pump)

When the first seal leaks, the humidity lamp will be on and give an alarm, but the electricty will not break, pump is still running.When t-he second seal leaks, the leakage lamp will be open, pump stops running.

Over-temperature protection(Normal protection)

When the temperature of motor winding of pump is over135(class F insulation), the over-temperature indicator lamp will be on, p-ump stops running.

Water immersion protection(Normal protection)

When water enters into the submersible pump junction chamber, the water-immersion indicator lamp will be on, pump stops running. Bearing temperature-rise protection(It can be used in pump)

When the temperature of motor lower bearing is over 90, the shaft temperature indicator lamp will be on, pump stops running.
