高压氧结合康复功能训练对颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者预后的影响

【摘要】 目的：探讨高压氧结合康复功能训练对颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者预后的影响。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年1月笔者所在医院收治的颅脑外伤后偏瘫患者96例，按照随机对照法分为对照组与观察组，各48例，对照组采用基础治疗联合常规康复训练的方案，观察组采用基础治疗、常规康复训练联合高压氧治疗。治疗结束后7周比较临床疗效。结果：与治疗前比较，两组患者各时间段PMA评分和BI评分均显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P 【关键词】 颅脑损伤； 高压氧； 康复功能训练； 运动功能； 日常生活

颅脑外伤是严重危及生命的常见神经外科疾病之一。调查发现，颅脑外伤及时治疗可降低伤残率，而伤后偏瘫是致残的主要原因，也是常见后遗症之一，严重影响患者生活质量[1]。随着医疗技术的不断进步，高压氧治疗逐渐成为辅助治疗颅脑外伤的首选方法，临床疗效得到认可[2]。本研究在基础治疗、常规康复训练的基础上，联合高压氧进行治疗，临床效果满意，现报告如下。 1 资料与方法
