用ＰＤＣＡ循环管理社区健康服务中心医院感染控制质量调查

【摘要】目的探讨提高社区健康服务中心(以下简称社康中心)的医院感染控制质量的有效手段。方法引入PDCA循环法，采取标准评估、采样监测、问卷调查和现场抽查等方式，通过效果评价，找寻出影响医院感染控制质量的关键因素，针对存在的主要问题和缺陷进行持续改进和循环式管理。结果社康中心医院感染在管理、监测、消毒隔离及医疗废物等相关质量的管理达标率从引入PDCA循环前的61.8%上升到引入PDCA循环后的97.1%，差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.01)。医务人员的医院感染知识知晓率、控制医院感染措施的正确执行率都有明显提高。结论通过引入PDCA循环法对社康中心医院感染控制质量实行科学管理，可有效控制和降低医院感染的发生，全面提升社康中心医院感染控制质量水平。

【Abstract】Objective Explore the effective means to enhance the quality of the hospital infections control in the community healthy service centers.Methods To search key factors to the quality of the hospital infections control by the PDCA circulation with standard evaluation，Samplings monitor，Questionnaire survey and so on，the existenting key problems were solved by constantly improving and circulate administration.Results The administer standard rate that correlates with administration，monitor，disinfects isolate and medical draff of the hospital infections control rises from 61.8%to 97.1%after leading in PDCA circulation in the community healthy service center.The difference has statistics significance (P＜0.01).The medical staff cognition rate correlateing with hospital infectionsand controlling measures to hospital infectionsrises markedly.Conclusion Through the scientific management，we can control and reduce the hospital infections and raise the quality level of the hospital infectionscontrol in the community healthy service centers by the PCDA circulation.

社区健康服务(Community Health Service，CHS)是21世纪我国卫生改革与发展的方向，担负着社区基本公共卫生服务和基本医疗服务，因此在医院感染的预防和控制中，这是一个不可忽视的区域［1］。为了更加规范和有效地管理社康中心医院感染工作，整体提高社康中心的医院感染管理水平和监控质量，自2007年6月以来，本课题组对本院下设的9个社康中心通过引入PDCA循环法(计划P、实施D、检查C、处理A)进行为期一年半的医院感染质量改进，医院感染控制质量水平整体取得满意效果，报告如下。

1 对象与方法

1.1 对象我院9个社区健康服务中心。
