一、 深冷法制氮系统 Cryogenic Nitrogen
1.概述 1.Outline
供货方根据本技术附件中的参数、条件和要求,提供成套设备,包括制氮界区内的各单机设备、所必要的辅助设备、容器、控制柜、备件、管道、管件、阀门、填料以及相应的底盘、支架、平台、成对法兰、地脚螺栓等全套系统设备。

2.1Process Description
本方案装置所需要的空气由用户提供,通过一套自动控制系统,根据氮气的产量,从空气管网中,自动控制进入装置的压缩空气量。用户提供压缩空气含油量小于5ppm。
The program means the air required by the user, through an automatic control system, automatic control based on nitrogen production from air pipe network access device in the amount of compressed air.The oil content of compressed airsupplied by the users should be less than 5ppm
压缩空气进入预冷系统冷被冷干机冷却到5~8℃,露点温度5~8摄氏度,之后复热到25~32℃去纯化系统。这个系统由空气冷干机和三级油过滤器等设备组成,在除去空气中水分的同时,除去空气中的油雾,使其含油量降至满足空分设备的要求。

(1) 设计条件:

本空分装置电控设备,在满足设计条件和工艺要求的前提下,力求可靠、安全、先进和操作方便。

所有电动机和用电设备的控制、计量、保护和信号等均按国家有关规定的规范设置。
All motors and electrical equipment’s control、measurement and signal are set up by national norms.
采用仪电一体化控制,主要电动机和用电设备的控制、操作、联锁及信号显示均在DCS系统完成。主要用电设备控制既可在中控室DCS上启停,也可在就地启停。
Use Instrument and Electronics Integration to control this system,with mainly motors and electrical equipment’s control、operation、interlocking and signal’s display carried out by DCS.
纯化系统电加热器采用分组投切自动控制。

(11)空压机群控系统(The control system of air compressor fleet)
空压机群节能监控联控系统从结构上分为三个层次:
Energy-saving monitoring air compressor fleet monitoring system is divided into three layers from the structure:
1)现场设备层(以下也称为设备分控系统)
field device layer(The following also known as the equipment control system) 设备分控层主要指各空压机房内空压机、干燥机启停等数字量和压力等模拟量的分控单元。

compressor, dryer start-stop of analog quantity, such as, digital quantity and pressure control unit
2)设备中控层(以下也称为设备中控)
Equipment control layer (The following is also known as equipment control) 设备中控层主要指控制空压机分控单元、干燥机分控单元、现场智能化仪表等系统的主控PLC系统。

3)集中监控层(以下也称为集中监控系统或监控系统)

集中监控层指集空压机群节能监控系统在内的集中监控系统。主要功能包括:操作、监视、生产工艺数据采集、报警显示、记录等功能。
Centralized monitoring layer refers to the set of control and energy saving of air compressor fleet monitoring and control system, centralized monitoring system. The main features include: operation, monitoring, data acquisition, alarm, display, record, and other functions
(2)空压站节能监控管理系统(Air compressor station energy-saving monitoring management system)
控制范围:主要对空压机、冷干机等空压站内相关的设备进行集中控制与管理。
Control range: mainly for air compressor, air compressor station related equipment such as person for centralized control and management.
网络架构:设备控制网络是以PLC为数据交换中心的网络,它完成PLC到其控制对象之间的数据交换,即为PLC以下的网络系统。根据主控PLC的数量可分为多个网段。
Network architecture: equipment control network based on PLC network data exchange center, it completes the data exchange between PLC to its control object, is the PLC network system. The number of data master PLC can be divided into
multiple segments.
(3)空压机智能监控管理系统

空压机智能监控管理系统是控制系统的核心部分,充分发挥计算机技术、网络技术的优势,通过对现场PLC远程控制、数据采集,实现对空压站全面完整的监控和数据分析。

本系统通过专用通讯线路,把企业中的空压机、干燥机以及用气现场整体监控起来,使企业内部用气状况、空压机及其附属设备的运行状况全部纳入到本系统中来。因此,空压机房节能监控系统,除了保证企业整体节能外,还达到了对空压机及其附属设备的统一联控、远程监控的功能。

6.售后服务内容及响应时间(Content and response time of after-sales service) 6.1安装调试、试运行、转入正常生产前,卖方派机械、电气技术人员跟踪服务。 6.1Before installing and commissioning, trial run and normal production, the seller sent the mechanical and electrical personnel track service
6.2系统如发生故障,电话联系后无法处理,卖方在接到通知后,在48h内派人员到现场处理。
6.2If the system break down and the seller can not deal with through telephone, the seller send personnel to the scene after receiving the noticewithin 48hours.
6.3维护保养:首次设备保养卖方派技术人员和买方人员一同进行,以使买方操作、维修人员详细了解操作保养过程,卖方技术人员负责将买方维修人员培训到能独立操作后,可以监督买方维修人员具备独立操作技能后,买方维修人员方可独立进行维护。
6.3Maintenance: The seller sends technicians operatingwith the buyer at first equipment maintenance to enable the buyer to learn more about the operation and maintenance process. The seller is responsible for the buyer maintenance technician training to be able to operate independently. The buyer can supervise have after independence skills. The buyer can operate separately only after the seller assures that the maintenance personnel possess operating skills.
7.人员培训Staff training
7.1卖方负责免费对买方人员进行系统运行的技术培训,保证操作人员能熟练进行生产操作,能独立排除设备一般性故障。
7.1The seller is responsible for the buyer free system operation personnel technical training, to ensure that the operator can skilled carry out production operations and independent exclude devices general malfunction.
7.2培训方式:按照买方统一安排的时间,卖方派1名工程师对买方人员进行培训,培训方式包括课堂授课和现场讲解,不少于8课时。
7.2 Training methods: the seller sent an engineer to trainbuyer personnel according to the unified arrangement. The training methods include classroom and on-site lessons, at least 8 lessons.
7.3卖方免费为买方提供的技术培训内容:系统原理结构,应用范围;操作方法,运行注意事项;清洗、维修,保养方法,电气控制系统原理、故障排除及维护。 7.3The seller providesfreely technical training to the buyer, includingprinciples structural system, the scope of application; methods of operation, run precautions; cleaning, repair, and maintenance methods, electrical control system theory, troubleshooting and maintenance.
7.4维护保养:首次设备保养卖方派技术人员和买方人员一同进行,以使买方操作、维修人员详细了解操作保养过程,卖方技术人员负责将买方维修人员培训到能独立操作后,买方维修人员方可独立进行维护。

8.其它Others
本技术协议为设备合同之附件,与合同具有同等法律效力,未尽事宜,各方协商解决。
The technical agreement isthe attachment of equipment contract, and the contract has the same legal effect. Matters not covered in, the parties negotiated settlement.
