第一章 人工挖孔桩 第一节 人工挖孔桩开挖示意图

说明:

1、孔桩开挖过程中,必须有专人巡视各开挖桩孔的施工情

况,,严格做好安全监护。

2、挖孔、起吊、护壁、余渣运输等所使用的一切设备、设

施、安全装置(含防毒面具)、工具、配件、材料和个人 防护用品等,必须经常检查,做好管、用、养、修、换, 确保完好率和使用安全度。

3、当桩径小于(或等于)1.2米时,每次下孔作业前必须 先通风,作业过程中必须保持继续通风。

4、开挖过程中,必须及时施作护壁,第一节护壁应高出孔 口不小于25厘米。

5、挖出的土石方应及时运走,孔口周边2米范围内不得堆 放孔渣及杂物,机动车辆通行时,应做出预防措施或暂 停孔内作业。

6、当桩孔开挖深度超过5米,每天开工前应进行有毒气体检测;遇到不良地质时,应采取相应措施以防塌孔。

第二节

孔口安全防护

说明:

1、钢管护栏四周密布安全网,红白色油漆间距30厘米。 2、钢管立柱每2米设置一根;护栏横杆设置两道,其中第 一道距地面60厘米,上下横杆间距60厘米。

第二章 泥浆池

第一节 泥浆池平面布置示意图

说明:

1、本图尺寸仅为示意,泥浆池的平面尺寸及容量应根据工程需要确定。 2、泥浆池基础需设置在稳定的地质上,如在城市施工,则应将泥浆池底部硬化并采取措施防止泥浆外溢。

3、在循环池和沉淀池中间隔墙上设空洞以连通两池。

第二节

泥浆池临边防护

说明:

1、泥浆开挖后立既进行防护,泥浆池采用钢管或竹杆沿泥 浆池四周布置安全防护围网,围网高度1.2米左右,要求所

有泥浆池防护网高度一致。

2、竹杆外面采用蓝色的细网围裹,上面围设小彩条旗,外 挂安全标志牌。 3、钻孔时,钻孔循环泥浆必须在钻孔平台上挖出排放沟,

沟深0.3米左右,沟宽0.3米左右,在灌注前,因排浆量较 大,必须加深或沟侧堆码一定的高度约30厘米高;在不使

用时,将沟填平,必要时可以在钻孔下根桩基循环利用。 4、所有钻机的泥浆管当有损坏时,必须进行修整或更换新 管,保证在施工时泥浆不从损坏处漏出,倒处排放。

5、泥浆池中的泥浆装满后用泥浆车拉运出去,在抽浆时, 泥浆车停放位置处不得出现漏浆现象。

第三章 水上作业平台 第一节 水上作业平台横断面图

1、水上作业平台的结构设计应经过计算确定,并进行静载试验验证,以满足施工要求。

第二节 水上作业平台的安全防护

说明:

1、平台四周设置防护栏杆,栏杆高1.2米,钢管立柱间距2.0米;

横杆间距0.5米,护栏外挂密目安全网。

2、平台上的电气设备必须使用“三相五线制”和“三级配电两级

保护” 电线(缆)必须按要求架设,不得随地拖拉,各类配电箱 要安装在适当的位置,并进行防护。

3、为防止过往船只及施工船只撞击施工平台,平台首尾须设置航

标灯、信号旗及防撞装置。另外,要密切观测平台处钢管桩的冲刷 情况,必要时进行二次抛石防护。

4、为确保平台和施工人员的安全,每时每刻注意与气象部门的气

象信息,如遇大风、台风等恶劣天气和海况,严禁作业。

第五章 桥梁通道 第一节 桥梁通道示意图

说明:

1、 本图仅为示意,应根据工程的实际受力情况进行通道结构设计。

2、 通道两侧应设置限高、限宽及限速标志。

3、 通道两侧须设置防撞墙,以免过往

车辆碰撞支架体系。

4、 通道两侧及顶部应设置至少3道安

全防护网,以免高空坠物伤及行人及过往车辆。

5、 通道两侧的临边安全防护参见“第三章第二节”的“水上作业平台的

安全防护”。

第六章 桥面临边防护 第一节 桥面临边防护示意图

说明:

1、 在施工桥梁防撞墙之前,应对桥面进行临边防护。 2、 桥面临边防护设施采用钢管+安全网。 3、 钢管立柱高1.2米,立柱间距2.0米,每3根立柱设置一道斜撑。斜撑与桥面通过预埋钢筋连接。

4、 横杆间距0.5米,共3道;防护栏杆外挂密目安全网。

第七章 上下桥面人行通道 第一节 人行通道示意图

说明: 1、上人通道应横平竖直并分布均匀,楼梯步距应保

持一致,横杆外露长度应保持一致且不得超过100mm。

2、斜道应满铺脚手板,脚手板上每隔300mm设置一根防滑木条。

3、上下人斜道宽度不小于1m,坡度宜采用1:3。休

息平台宽度不应小于斜道宽度。运料斜道宽度不宜小于1.5m,坡度宜采用1:6.。上人斜道两侧应设置踢脚板和双道防护栏杆(上道栏杆高度1.2m,中栏杆居中设置。踢脚板高度180mm,栏杆和踢脚板表面刷红白警示色油漆)。

4、斜道外侧挂密目安全网封闭。斜道的侧立面应设置剪刀撑。

5、斜道的基础与外脚手架基础设置一致。斜道连墙件设置方法按照开口型脚手架要求设置。
