一起条件致病菌引起的食物中毒事件调查

【摘要】目的：分析食物中毒原因，为更好地处理食物中毒提供思路和经验。方法：采用现场流行病学调查方法，采取可疑食品及环境标本进行实验室检测。结果：调查患者92例，采集标本34件，环境标本中检测出弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌。结论：高度重视食品安全，加强《食品安全法》贯彻落实，以农村和宴会为重点，防止类似食物中毒事件的发生。

【abstract】 objective analyze the reasons of food poisoning for the purpose of supplying train of thought and experience to deal with food poisoning.methods adopt fieldepidemiology investigation methods, take the questionable food and environment specimen to carry out laboratory detection. results investigating 92 sufferers and collecting 34 specimens. detecting out citrobacter freundii from the environment specimen.conclusion pay full attention to food security，carry out food safety and the law drastically ,and regard rural and banquet health as key points to avoid occurrence of similar accidents
