Lead in-Translation 一只丑陋的小狗 an ugly dog

Question: What do the three phrases have in common?

定语：修饰名词或者代词的成分。包括形容词，名词或者介词短语。

I know one man who is in the boat.

我们把修饰名词或者代词的句子叫做定语从句。

定语从句：修饰名词或代词的句子

结构：被修饰名词/代词(先行词)＋关系词＋句子

定语从句的合成方法

口诀：一找二删三替四放

I know a man. He is in the boat.

找出共同点： a man = he(先行词) 删去重复点：去掉he

用关系词替先行词：用who替代he (关系词) 放在一起：I know a man who is in the boat.

关系词分为关系代词和关系副词

关系代词主要有：which, who, whom, that, whose I know a shop which/that is near my home. This is the book which/that he likes very much. He is a boy who/that likes helping other people. The man whom/that I talked to was a singer.

He is a policeman whom bad guys are afraid of. It is a house whose window is broken.

I like the teacher whose hair style is unique.
