摘要

钻模体是钻床上最主要的零件,起连接定位装置,夹紧装置,导向装置等作用。

本次设计内容为钻模体的工艺规程和钻床夹具设计,共五章:第一章,零件的分析;第二章,零件工艺规程设计;第三章,机床夹具设计;第四章,液压缸设计与计算;第五章,结论。

为了清楚表达零件(钻模体)在生产中的应用、机械加工工艺过程及机床夹具设计的基本步骤,文中插入了相关表格和简图,详细叙述了零件(钻模体)加工定位基准面、工序尺寸的计算过程,夹具元件设计等。

关键字:夹具、液压缸、钻模体、基准、工序尺寸。

abstract

The jig body is on the drilling machine the most main components, plays the connection positioning device, the clamp, leads to roles and so on installment.

There are five chapters about the bas ic process of the drilling jig system’s technics of machining and jig design.The first chapter is about the analysis of accessory;the second chapter is about the design of accessory technics regulations;the third chapter is about the design of machine tool’s jig;the forth chapter is about the design and numeration of hydrocylinder;the fifth chapter is about the conclusion.

In the text there are some illustrations and correlative tables in order to express clearly the basic approaches of the drilling jig system in the adhibition of aborning , the process of mechanical technics’ machining and the design of machine tool’s jig.And it goes into particulars the datum plane of accessory machining,the calculating process of working procedure size,the design of jig element and what not.
