第一单元教材分析

本单元教给学生掌握理解并能发出简单的有目的的指令的技巧,教给学生学校和城市中一些普通的地点以及一些普通的交通工具的英语名称。本单元还要教授从30至100的数字名称。

在本单元,学生要争取掌握(正确地说、读、写、用)以下词汇:

classroom, gym, library, bicycle, cab, car, truck, near, far, thirty, forty, fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety, one hundred

要求学生练习说和写,并能口头应答下列单词和短语: office, stairs, bell, chain, seat, tire, wheel, street, traffic lights, Excuse me, where’s the ? I can show you. Here it is. I don’t understand. Please speak slowly. I’m lost.

教学目标:1、 知识与技能:本课要求学生能正确听、说、读、写单词:class, gym, library.

会口头运用句子:Excuse me, where’s the ? I can show you. Here it is. 能在图片,手势的帮助下理解句子意思,并能口头运用句子表达自己的感情。

2、 情感态度价值观:关注学生情感,保持学生学习英语的兴趣,为学生营造宽松、民主、和谐的课堂氛围。

教学重点、难点:本课重点单词和句子,会用单词造句,会用句子进行情境对

话。

Lesson 1: Where’s the Library?

教学过程:

一. Class Opening and Review 1. Greeting

Hello! Good morning ! How are you? 2. Drill

Review the concept pairs: brush your teeth; comb/brush your hair; Wash your hands. Teacher: (Pretend to brush your teeth.) What am I doing? Class: Brushing or You are brushing.

Then ask the class: What else do you do in the morning?

Prompt the students to remember (wash my hand, comb/brush my hair, take a shower, wash my face, eat breakfast.) 3. Drill

Quickly review the numbers one to thirty. 二. New Concepts.

1. Demonstrate:

Show the cards of classroom, gym, library. Say the words with the students a few times. 2. Discuss the picture for N1. a. What do you see in these pictures? b. What are they doing?

3. Play the audiotape as the students follow in their books. 4. Game.

Point out the signs for classroom, gym and library posted around the classroom. Say Let’s go to the !

5. Play the audiotape as the students follow in their books. Explain the dialogue in Chinese. Ask the students to repeat the sentence : Excuse me. Where is the ? I can show you. Here it is. Thank you. You’re welcome. 6. Role-Play

Ask the students to find partners and take turns asking and showing directions. 7. Present

Ask for volunteers to say the dialogue. 三. Class Closing. Sing “ How are you!”

Lesson2 : Turn Right, Turn Left 课时 1

教学目标:1、 知识与技能:本课要求学生会口头运用单词和短语:office, stairs,

turn right, turn left, go straight. 会运用句子:Where are you going? To the . 能听懂简单的要求做出适当的动作。

2、 情感态度价值观:通过游戏激发学生学习兴趣,通过创设情境激发学生的积极性,让学生感受到学习英语是有趣的、容易的。

教学重点、难点:本课重点单词词组,会口头运用。 教具准备:磁带、单词卡片 学校地图

板书设计:

Ask students to draw a map of their school. Match the words and the place. (classroom, gym, library, stairs, office)

教学内容:Lesson 3: Bicycles 课时 1

教学目标:1、 知识与技能:本课要求学生能正确听、说、读、写单词:bicycle, near, far.

会口头应答单词:bell, chain, seat, tire, wheel. 会说句子:Is that far from here? 并能口头运用句子表达自己的意思。

2、 情感态度价值观:通过游戏、歌曲、表演等多种活动,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,调动学生的积极性,使学生在不断体验成功的快乐的同时,增强英语学习的信心。

教学重点、难点:本课重点单词和句子,并会口头应答。 教具准备:磁带、单词卡片 板书设计:

Lesson 3: Bicycles

教学过程:

Review turn right, turn left, go straight, go up the stairs. 二. New Concepts 1. Demonstrate

Draw a bicycle on the blackboard. Introduce the parts of the

bicycle. Write each word on the blackboard and the students say it a few times. 2. Point to the picture in N1, let students say each word a few times. 3. Play the audiotape as the students follow in their books. 4. Play “WHAT’S MISSING”

Play the game with a picture of bicycle. Play by removing parts of the bicycle. 5. Demonstrate

①Remind the students of the concepts above, below, beside, across from, in, on and under.

②Remind the students of the difference between this and that. Point to a classroom object and ask What’s this? or What’s that?

③Using the same objects, demonstrate near and far. This blackboard is near. That desk is far.

④Repeat near and far with the students a few times. ⑤Show the students how to use near and far.

Place a book far from the blackboard and say The book is far from the blackboard. Place a book near the blackboard and say The book is near the blackboard.

6. Play the audiotape for N2, 3. Introduce the dialogue to the students. Use as much English as possible. 7. Practice.

Place an object close to or far from another object and ask students: T: Is the near the ? S: Yes/No.

T: Is the far form the ? S: Yes/No.
