TK6916数控落地铣镗床（中英文）

TK6916数控落地铣镗床是采用现代机械、电子、液压等高新技术设计制造的一种性能优良，工艺范围广泛，加工精度及生产效率高的先进设备。该机床可实现工件在一次装夹后的多面加工，大大提高了工件的加工精度，也可完成镗削、铣削、钻削等多种工艺。TK6916数控落地铣镗床目前主要承担采煤机，连采机的修复。

The TK6916 type CNC floor milling-boring machine is an advanced piece of equipment which is made by using modern mechanical, electronic and hydraulic technology. It is a high performance machine, with a wide operating range, high machining accuracy and high efficiency. It can carry out multi-surface machining with only one clamping and improve productivity of precision machining as well as complete boring, milling and drilling etc. The TK6916 type CNC floor milling-boring machine is mainly responsible for repairing the longwall shearer and the continuous miner.

LM603525龙门式三坐标测量机床是采用现代机械、电子、气压等高新技术设计制造的一种性能优良的测量设备。该机床各轴配有高精度气浮导轨系统及德国海德汉光栅尺，其有效测量长度6米、宽度3.5米、高度2.5米、测量精度8+9·L/1000μm(L in mm)、LM603525龙门式三坐标测量机床目前主要用于零件尺寸和几何

精度的测量鉴定以及零件的测绘工作。

The LM603525 type gantry gate tri-coordinate measure machine is a measuring equipment with high performance, it is made by using of modern mechanical, electronic and air pressure technology. The axis are equipped with pneumatic guide ways system and German made grating ruler, the effective measurements are 6 meters long x 3.5 meters wide x 2.5 meters height, the measuring accuracy is 8+9·L/1000μm (L in

mm). The type LM603525 gantry gate tri-coordinate measure

machine is mainly responsible for the measurement and inspection of volumetric parts accuracy and for the survey and drawing of parts.

数控班组于2009年1月正式组建，是一个有活力、有激情的创新型团队。班组现有TK6916数控落地铣镗和LM603525龙门式三坐标机床。数控班组主要承担连采机、采煤机等大型结构件及零部件的修复工作，此项工作缓解了采煤机、连采机外委修复成本高、进度难保证的问题，填补了维修中心自主修复采煤机机械零件的空白，为维修中心大型采煤设备完全自主修复奠定了坚实的基础。

The CNC team was formally set up in January 2009, it is a vigorous and passionate group with innovations and equipped with

two types of numerical control machines, one is TK6916 type

CNC floor-type milling-boring machine, the other is LM603525 type gantry gate tri-coordinate measuring machine. The work carried out by the CNC workshop has relieved the high-costs and ODT problems with the sub-contract repairs and also filled the gap of in-house repairs of the Maintenance Center; it also lays a solid foundation for the large-scale mining equipment total in-house repair plan of the Maintenance Center.
