80例围产期畸胎死胎引产的孕产妇临床支援研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨临床支援对围产期畸胎死胎引产孕产妇的影响。方法 选取我院2013年7月～2014年2月接收的围产期发生死胎、死产或胎儿发育异常且身体健康的引产产妇80例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组40例，给予对照组孕产妇常规医疗服务，观察组在对照组的基础上由我院“失落的母亲—伴您同行关怀小组”提供临床支援服务，观察不同医疗服务对两组孕产妇的影响。结果 两组孕产妇的SDS、SAS、EPDS评分比较，不存在显著差异（P＞0.05）；观察组服务满意度明显优于对照组，组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论围产期畸胎死胎引产孕产妇会伴有不同程度的心理问题，有必要提供针对性的临床支援，以缓解不良情绪。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical support effects of perinatal labor induction of pregnant women with teratogenic or stillbirth. Methods 80 healthy perinatal labor induction maternal with stillbirth or fetal abnormalities from July 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each had 40 cases. The control group was given by general medical services,the observation group was not only given general medical services but also provided clinical support services by the hospital \peers Care Group\groups. ResultsMaternal SDS, SAS, EPDS scores of the two groups had no significant difference(P＞0.05); Service satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, there had significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion Perinatal maternal with teratogenic or stillbirth may have varying degrees of psychological problems, it is necessary to provide targeted clinical support,and to relieve negative emotions.
