Parents Are the Best Teachers

Some people think parents are the best teachers. Though I see some reasons in it, I cannot totally agree. We all know that parents are the first teachers for their kids. And they really can teach their kids a lot. But, we have to admit that not all parents are good teachers.Maybe some parents themselves have serious problems. Just as, some criminal or immoral problems. Those parents are supposed not to have any kids, cause they are not qualified to have. Themselves have already

become the burden of the society. It is hard to image that what a bad effect will they bring onto their kids. On the other hand, some parents cannot find the right way to teach kids tell rights from wrongs, though they mean to be nice to kids. Their intentions are good, but things come out to be different. For which we can not blame the parents. Besides, parents are not the only best teachers for kids. Teachers in school have a great effect on students too. Teachers teach. Not only knowledge from text books, but also skills from the reality. Teachers provide a large range of information for students to learn. On some degree, adversities sometimes can also be considered as good teachers. A great writer said: in every adversity there lies (we see) the seed to success. Adversity can teach you how to go through the situation, and inspires you to seek for success. So, generally speaking, we can not jump to the conclusion that parents are the best teachers. Though parents are good teachers, they are not the only best ones. Many people and things in our life are very good teachers. And the only problem is we just haven’t realized yet.
