WPC Extrusion Line Operation

Prepare for starting up. extruder:

1-Check up the feeder,hopper.make sure thers are no foreign matters in the barrel.Clean up them

When you find it.

2-Check up all the fans of screw is in good condition.

3-Check up the vacuum equipment of extruder is unobstructed and guarantee vacuum degree not

Less than -0.08Mpa.Clean up material which is in vacuum container when the vacuum

degree is lower than -0.08Mpa.Even the vacuum degree is normal it should be

cleaned up

two times per shift.Do not use metal tools to clean air-bleed hole which on the

barrel.Use

plastic or wood stick.

Auxiliaries equipments

1-Check up the cooling water system is unblocked.

2-Check up the cutter machine.Make sure there is no something to stop the cutting saw.

3-Make sure every electric component is in good condition Mould installation

1-Make sure to let the mould level.Screw down the bolt.

2-Make sure the strength of every bolt is equal, the clearance between mould-flange and

extruder flange is equipotent.

3-Make the heater circle and thermocouple fasten on the die in turn.The heater and die must be

close-knit and thermocouple must be compacted with die. Calibration table and water tank installation 1)、Make the stock mould fasten on calibration table and aim at the die. 2)、Make the vacuum interface and cooling water interface of die corresponding with the vacuum interface and cooling water interface of calibration table. 3)、Put the cooling tank on calibration table and aim at level with shaper. starting up procedure:

1、Set the material-feeder time and quiescent interval(Setting depend on the actual condition of

extrusion technology)

2、Set temperature of barrel,mould,screw.Heating up before starting extruder.Heat up to 170℃ for

the barrel first step and keep warm half an hour.Heat up again to the temperature of set(170℃)

to start the extruder.

3、The material which is mixed will be loaded into hopper.starting the

material-measuring equipment.

4、Adjusting rotating speed—from low to high.extruder rotating speed is 150—200rpm.It must be

Matched between extruder speed and feeder speed.When the products is produced stablely,

Speed up the extruder to deserve large output.

5、当从主机排气口观察到物料至时,即可开启真空排气装置,并同时可以调整加料器的加料量,使主机螺杆内部迅速形成“料塞”,以达到-0.08Mpa的真空度。并适时进行切换清理。 6、型材的自动切割:

通过形成开关设定型材的切割长度尺寸和推料长度尺寸。当型材到达设定值时,切割锯自动进行切割,翻转架自动推料到料架上。 (三)、停机程序:

1、首先关闭上料器;并将加料器转速调低后,关闭加料器。

2、当观察到物料从模具中挤出量明显变少时,关闭机筒及模具的加热装置,关闭螺杆的冷却装置、真空排气装置,待制品不在往外挤出时将螺杆转速调零后关闭主机。

3、关闭定型台水泵和水池内的潜水泵。

4、清理主机和辅机及生产线周边地面,保持挤出机及生产线清洁。

木塑混料机操作规程

1、 严格按照配方单来称取原材料;

2、 现将木粉和助剂混合到100度后加入塑料和破碎料; 3、 开机时先低速运行1-2分钟后,方可高速运行; 4、 所有料加完混到105度后方可放料;

5、 放净混料锅内的料后关闭放料口才可进行下一锅的上料; 6、 每班清理一次混料机及周边的卫生,确保清洁,特别是混料机控制柜内的

卫生,每班都要用气管吹净控制柜的粉尘。 7、 每次混料前先关闭造粒机的主机和喂料,待混料机高速运行时立即开启混

料机的主机和喂料。

木塑造粒机操作规程

设定机筒、模具、螺杆温度, 挤出机开机前需要预先分步加温,料筒先加热到170度,保温半小时,再加温到设定温度后方可开机; 开机前检查风机及切粒刀是否可正常运转;检查送料管道和下料筒是否通畅;

开机时要先打开切粒到和冷却风机,先低速(主机转速在150-200转/分钟)待粒料稳定的挤出机头后方可提速,并调整切粒刀的转速,保证粒子的长度在3-6mm;

在主机运行时随时清理排气孔,避免堵料,保证排气通畅,注意一定不要用金属棒或棍捅排气孔,要用塑料管或木棒捅; 随时观察粒料的均匀程度和机头的出料情况,若出料孔数量不足全部出料孔的三分之一时,要停机清理机头,停机清理机头时要先关闭喂料,待机头不再出料时将主机转速归零;快速卸下机头,并清理被堵住的出料孔,清理完毕立即装上机头,并将机头温度重新加热到设定温度后方可重新开机;

时刻保证造粒机料筒外的清洁,避免加热圈引起粉尘的燃烧; 每班清理一次造粒机、控制柜及周边的卫生,确保清洁。
