摘 要
本次设计是亿隆煤矿1#煤层,煤层厚度分别为1.48m。据井田外围资料调查该井田为低瓦斯矿井。煤尘均有爆炸危险性。煤的自然倾向等级为自燃煤层。
山西亿隆井田位于山西省临汾市井田位于洪洞县西北部韩侯村村东,距洪洞县城16km,行政区划隶属万安镇。矿区面积6.0834km2,批采1号煤层,设计生产能力为90万t/a。该场地相对地形条件较好,位于井田中部,外运条件十分方便。工业场地的选择即能充分利用已有工程,尽量减少新增购地,按生产区、辅助生产区,可满足矿井90万t/a设计生产能力的需要。设置了专用回风井。主立井(原有)、副立井(新建)、回风立井(原有)布置在井田中部,布局合理、功能齐备。
矿井设计的主要特点:
(1)经方案比较分析论证,建设工程仍利用已有的工业场地作兼并重组后矿井的主工业场地,该场地相对地形条件较好,位于井田中部,外运条件十分方便。工业场地的选择即能充分利用已有工程,尽量减少新增购地,按生产区、辅助生产区、行政福利区合理布置,可满足矿井90万t/a设计生产能力的需要。
(2)原山西洪洞亿隆煤炭有限公司采用一对立井开拓,回风立井兼辅助提升,无专用回风井。此次设计设置了专用回风井。主立井(原有)、副立井(新建)、回风立井(原有)布置在井田中部,布局合理、功能齐备。
(3)生产集中化。在上组煤1号煤层投产,以1个综采工作面,2个综掘工作面、1个普掘工作面保证生产接续,为矿井提高产量、提高效率、稳定生产创造了条件。
(4)开拓系统简捷化。充分利用已有的井筒,依据1号煤层的开采现状及赋存特点,主水平设在1号煤层,沿煤层布置主要运输及回风大巷,主运输、辅助运输和回风系统均清晰明确,为矿井生产和安全管理创造了条件。充分利用已有工程,大大减少了工程量,缩短了建井工期。
(5)井下煤流运输连续化,主要运输巷道及运输顺槽均装备了胶带机运输,实现煤流运输连续化,用人少,效率高,为稳产、高效、均衡生产创造了条件。

(6)通风系统畅通化,矿井设计了中央并列式通风系统,设置了完善通风系统构筑物,井下各用风地点的风量分配、风速均符合《煤矿安全规程》的要求,反风措施齐全,避灾路线明确,主扇、局扇均选用高效节能风机,并采用KJ95N型监测监控系统,实现安全生产信息化管理,为安全生产创造条件。
开拓方案一为主水平设在1号煤层,沿煤层布置主要运输及回风大巷,主运输、辅助运输和回风系统均清晰明确,为矿井生产和安全管理创造了条件。方案二为从井田中部上方打立井至1#向东西开掘运输大巷、轨道大巷、回风大巷至井田边界。方案一、二的工业广场都位于井田中部。根据比较开拓工程量相差较多,在技术上两方案基本相同,所以选择开拓方案一。开拓方案一划分为四个带区,首采区定为东南带区。
矿井达产时的首采工作面位于一号带区,1101工作面长度为170m,推进长度为900m,回采工艺采用后退式、综合机械化采煤法,采用“四六制”作业制度。采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。

Abstract

Industrial site selection which can make full use of existing project, try to reduce the purchase, according to the production area, auxiliary production, to meet the needs of the mine production capacity of 900000 t/a design. Set up a dedicated return air shaft. Main shaft (original), vice shaft (new), return air shaft (original) arranged in the central field, reasonable planning and complete functions.
The main characteristic of mine design:
(1) the plan comparison analysis, USES the existing industrial sites for construction project is still mine after annexation and reorganization of the industrial field, the field relative to the terrain condition is good, is located in the middle of field, outbound condition is very convenient. Industrial site selection which can make full use of existing project, try to reduce the purchase, according to the rational distribution of production area, auxiliary production and administrative benefits areas, to meet the needs of the mine production capacity of 900000 t/a design.
(2) the original hongtong, shanxi million long coal co., LTD., USES a pair of vertical shaft, return air shaft and auxiliary ascension, no special return air shaft. This design set up a dedicated return air shaft. Main shaft (original), vice shaft (new), return air shaft (original) arranged in the central field, reasonable planning and complete functions.
(3) production centralization. No. 1 coal seam in coal production, in a fully mechanized coal face, 2 comprehensive tunneling working face, 1 PuJue coal face to ensure production succeeded, for mine production increase production, improve efficiency and stable.
(4) the system is simple. Make full use of existing shaft, on the basis of the no. 1 coal seam mining situation and occurrence characteristics of primary level located in no. 1 coal seam, coal main transportation arrangement and return air alleys, the main transport, the auxiliary transportation and return air system are clear, create conditions for the mine production and safety management. Make full use of existing projects, greatly reducing the quantities, built well construction period shortened.

Development scheme based on level set in no. 1 coal seam, coal main transportation arrangement and return air alleys, the main transport, the auxiliary transportation and return air system are clear, create conditions for the mine production and safety management. Scheme 2. From the central field above shaft to 1 # alleys spread cutting transportation, rail alleys, return air of alleys to field boundary. Scheme 1, 2 industrial square is located in the central field. According to the comparative development of quantities are more, basically the same with the two methods on technology, so choose a development scheme. Develops the scheme one is divided into four zones, the first mining area as the southeast zone area.
When mine reaches producing zone of first mining face is located in no. 1 belt, length 170 m, 1101 mining face advancing length of 900 m, the extraction process using regressive type, comprehensive mechanized coal mining method, USES the \\\roof management across all fall method.
