物流外包决策分析

摘 要

不论在国内还是在国外,物流业务外包均达到了一定的规模。随着供应链管理理论在企业中的推广运用,物流业务外包的趋势将进一步加强。要利用物流外包来提高企业的生产和服务活动的价值,提升企业的竞争力,一个正确的外包决策是首当其冲和必不可少的。

本文在前人研究工作的基础上,主要采用理论联系实际,分析与综合相结合的方法,从物流外包的定义、决策、实施、管理以及评价等几个方面入手,重点运用模型分析了物流外包的决策过程,以及在实施过程中对供应商的选择和管理,并对物流外包的风险和防范进行了分析,从而最大限度地降低企业物流外包风险,提高企业竞争力,使企业获得最大利益。

ABSTRACT

Whether at home or abroad, the logistics outsourcing reached a certain scale. With the theory of supply chain management in the enterprise to promote the use of logistics outsourcing trend will be further strengthened. Logistics Outsourcing to use to enhance the production and the value of service activities to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, outsourcing of a correct decision-making is the first and indispensable.

In this paper, the basis of previous studies, the main use of theory with practice, a combination of analysis and synthesis methods, from the definition of logistics outsourcing, decision-making, implementation, management and evaluation aspects, focusing on the use of model analysis of the logistics outsourcing decision-making process, as well as in the implementation process of supplier selection and management, and logistics outsourcing risk analysis and prevention in order to minimize the risk of logistics outsourcing enterprises to improve competitiveness of enterprises so that enterprises to maximize the benefits.
