工程机械液压系统测控平台设计

摘 要:为解决多种工程机械液压系统多种条件测试、多种测试方式、测试点多、数据量大的问题,提出1种适用于多种工程机械液压系统试验平台的设计方法,其液压系统采用模块化、多接口和通用性的设计;测控系统采用上、下位机结构,通过虚拟仪器技术实现40通道信号的采集与控制;测控平台可进行不同工况条件下的80多种试验.经调试运行,系统稳定可靠,效果良好.

Design on construction machine hydraulic testing and control system

Abstract: In order to solve problems such as multi tests in different environments, kinds of testing methods and the amounts of data in construction machine hydraulic system, a way suitable for different construction hydraulic system testing platforms is put forward. The testing-control system has the advantages such as the modularization, multi-interface and all-purpose way, and is divided to host-low structure, can accomplish 40 channel signal’s control and acquisition; the testing-control platform can set about 80 kinds of experiments in different working conditions. Through debugging operation, the system runs very well and reliable.
