【教学目标】

1.要求学生掌握并列 and, but, or, so 等的主要用法;

2.学生能熟运用常用的从属的基本用法。

考点一:表示合关系的并列

表示合关系的并列主要有and,both ?and?, not only?but also?,as well as等。

1. both...a nd?, not only ?but also ?接两个成分,充当句子的主,要用复数形式。例如:

Not only he but also his sister are good at dancing Both Mr. Wu and his wife have gone to England for a visit

.他和他的妹妹都擅跳舞。.吴先生和他的妻子

都去了英国旅游。

2. as well as 也可用来表示并列关系,意“也、又、”,接句子的主

,在人称和数上要与 as well as前面的名或代保持一致。句,as前的成分才是句子

的真正主,决定了句子的形式。例如:

克和他的父母都擅打球。

The twins as well as my sister are always ready to help the others.

考点二:表示折关系的并列

表示折关系的并列主要有 but , however , yet ( 但是 ) , while ( 而 ) 等,些接的双方意构

成比,关系互折。

用英表示“ 然??,但是??,容易受中并列是成双出的影响,而

地在一个句子之中重复使用though / although 和 but 。例如:

Although the boy is only six years old, but he knows a lot.(× )

Although the boy is only six years old, he knows a lot. (√ )

The boy is only six years old, but he knows a lot. (√ )

考点三:表示关系的并列

表示关系的并列主要有:or ,either ? or ?, neither [ 点突破 ]

1 . or 用来引起相反的情况,意“否”,通常用于“祈使句?nor ?等。

+or+ 述句”句式中。

种句式通常可以改意相当的条件状从句。例如:

Harry up,or you’ll be late for school.赶快,否你上学将会到。

If you don ’t hurry up,you’ll be late for school.如果你不赶快,上学就会

2. either ? or ?和 neither ?nor ?两个接句子的主,在人称和

数上要和 or 及 nor 后的主保持一致,就是英主关系中的就近原。例如:Either

or he is right.或者你,或者他。

考点四:表示因果关系的并列

表示因果关系最主要的并列是

考点五:引状从句的从属

引状从句的从属主要有 when,while ,before ,after ,as soon as,until , since 等。

在状从句中,如果主句叙述的是尚未生的作,从句用一般在表示作将要生。例如:

I will tell him the good news as soon as he comes back.

他一回来,我就会告他个好消息。

考点六:引条件状从句的从属

引条件状从句最主要的从属是if 和 unless ,前者意“如果”,后者意“除非”。

在条件状从句中,如果主句是祈使句或是叙述尚未生的作,从句用一般在表示作

Don’t eat the food on the table unless you are hungry.

不要吃桌子上的食物,除非你了。

gets up early so that he can get the Christmas present first.

=In order to get the Christmas present first,he gets up early.

了能第一个得到圣礼物,他一早起来。

考点八:引果状从句的从属

引果状从句最主要的从属有:so?that?( 如此?? 以致??)和

too ? to ?( 太??而不能?? ) 。

同句。例如:He is so excited that he can’t say a word.他如此激以至于一句

也不出来。

=He is too excited to say a word.他太激而不出一句。

考点九:引从句的从属

引从句最主要的从属是that , if, whether,what,when,where等。

从句的引是由从句的句子种决定的。若从句述句,引that,that

无意,在口和非正式文体中常省略;若从句一般疑句,引 if 或 whether ;若从句特殊疑句,引

疑句原来的特殊疑。
