收听广播是很多学生日常生活的一部分， 也是他们学习和娱乐的一种方式。 而播音员的生活 对普通人来讲充满着神秘感， 能激发学生学习本课的兴趣。 我所设计的教学内容和知识技能 也都围绕广播这一话题展开。通过导入阶段，学生很快进入状态，也比较配合。我也注意到 了有一点在我给小组分配任务时不是很到位， 以后我会注意。 在英语课堂中我们还应尽量做 到以下几点： 1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地说英语，对他们在学习过程中犯的错误采取宽容的

态度。 2、在教学过程中注重学生的听、说、读、写综合能力,鼓励他们大胆的说并运用到实际 中去。 3、创造条件让学生能够发现他们自己的一些问题
